In the event of any intentional deviations from the requirements of this specification or the previously released samples, it is the cole responsibility of the supplier to inform the purchaser unsolicited with a documentation of all suc

8、h deviations. Upon request the supplier shall submit samples of the changed version for reapproval by Product Engineering prior to commencement of delivery of deviant bulk supplies. 12、-Basis (4.4 Diphenylmethandiisocyanat) 2 Verwendung 2.1 Ausfhrung A Fr Zusatzfedern und mechanisch hoch beanspruchte Anschlagpuffer. 2.2 Ausfhrung B Fr Anschlagpuffer mit geringerer mechanischer Beanspruchung. 3 Bemerkung Freigabemuster, fr die diese Vorschrift zutrifft, mssen nach dieser Vorschrift

13、 geprft werden und von der Produktentwicklung genehmigt sein, ehe eine Lieferung erfolgen kann. Bei beabsichtigter Abweichung von dieser Vorschrift oder von den bisher freigegebenen Mustern ist der Hersteller verpflichtet, unaufgefordert den Abnehmer mit einer Dokumentation ber alle vorgesehenen Ver

14、nderungen zu informieren. Auf Anforderung sind Prfmuster in der genderten Ausfhrung zur erneuten Bemusterung und Genehmigung durch die Produktentwicklung vorzulegen, bevor die Abweichung in der Lieferung einsetzen kann. 4 Prfmenge Zur berprfung der geforderten Eigenschaften nach Pos. 8.1, 8.2, 8.4,

15、8.5 und 8.6 sind mindestens 6 Fertigteile erforderlich. TEST SPECIFICATION PRFVORSCHRIFT 5 Test Piece GME 00016 The number, the shape and dimensions of test pieces refer to the specifications of the respective test methods. The sampling of test piece according to clause 8.6.1 to 8.6.3 are specified

17、ime between production and testing shall be 7 days; for routine quality control tests, the period shall be 72 h minimum. Unless otherwise specified, contrary to the conditioning process described in the GME test method, the test pieces shall be dried prior to the test at +70C 2 3 K for a minimum per

18、iod of 3 h and then conditioned to GME 60300 - B1. 8 Requirements Unless otherwise specified, the tests apply to both versions. 8.1 General Requirements The cellular structure of the finished parts shall be regular. It shall be free from voids, hard spots or other flaws. 8.2 Density to GME 60283, Pa

21、krper sind den jeweiligen vorgeschriebenen Prfverfahren zu entnehmen. Die Entnahme der Probekrper nach Pos. 8.6.1 bis 8.6.3 ist in den jeweiligen Teilzeichnungen angegeben. GME 00016 6 Prfgerate und Hilfsmittel Prfgerte und Hilfsmittel entsprechend den jeweiligen GME-Prfverfahren. 7 Probenvorbehandl

22、ung Bei Erstbemusterungen und in Schiedsfllen ist die Prfung nicht frher ais 7Tage, fr die laufende Qualittsberwachung nicht frher als 72 h nach der Herstellung durchzufhren. Falls nicht anders angegeben werden die Probekrper abweichend von der jeweils in den GME-Prfverfahren vorgeschriebenen Vorbeh

23、andlung vor der Prfung mindestens 3 h bei +70C 2 3 K getrocknet und anschlieend nach GME 60300 - 61 konditioniert. 8 Anforderungen Soweit nicht anders angegeben, getten die Prfungen fr beide Ausfhrungen. 8.1 Allgemeine Anforderungen Die Zellstruktur der Fertigteile mu gleichmig sein. Sie mu frei sei

24、n von Lunkern, Verhrtungen oder sonstigen Fehlern. 8.2 Rohdichte nach GME 60283, Teil 1 entsprechend der jeweils eingesetzten Werkstoffqualitt QK 8.3 Teilegewicht siehe Teilzeichnung 8.4 Glhrckstand nach GME 60333 - B 1 - Die Prfmethode wird abweichend von ihrem allgemeinen Anwen- dungsbereich auch
