The inspection set forth in thisspecification shall become a part of the contractors overall inspection systemor quality program. The a71baence of a71ny inspection requir

20、ements in thespecification shall not relieve tie contractor of the responsibility of ensuringthat all products or supplies submitted to the Oovent for acceptance complywith a71ll roquirnts of the contract. Sampling inspection, es part ofmanufacturing operations, is an a71cceptable practice to ascert

21、ain conformance torequirements, however, this does not a71uthorize submission of known defectivematerial, either indicated or actual, nor does it commit the Government toaccept defective material.4.1.2 Toxicological product formulations.
