34、rangeofmovementofeachexerciseforwhichtheequipmentis designed.Thetrainingequipmentshallnotbreakwhenastaticloadaccordingtoequation(2)withasafety coefficientof4isapplied. 5.3Endurance load Whentestedaccordingto6.4,thetrainingequipmentshallbecapableofnormalfunction. Whenthetrainingequipmentconsistsoftwo

35、ormoreseparatefunctionalunits,eachshallwithstandtheendurance loadtest. Whenmorethanonefunctionistested,whichinvolveuseofcommoncomponentse.g.:ropes,pulleysand bearings,thesecanbereplacedbeforeeachseparatetest. 5.4Stacked weights 5.4.1 Accesstosqueezeand/orshearpoints 5.4.1.1 General Theuncontrolledac

36、cessbythirdpartiestosqueezeand/orshearpointsofstackedweightsshallbeprevented. Weightsthatcanonlybeliftedasawholeblockshallnotcomecloserthan60mmduringmovementtoanypartof theequipmentortheground. 5.4.1.2 ClassH Thiscanbeachievedbyeither: a) surroundingbyacasinginconformancewithEN294withtheexceptionofa
