2、OF 1 JUNE 2014. (See http:/www.eagle.org for the consolidated version of the Guide for Building and Classing Floating Offshore Liquefied Gas Terminals, 2010, with all Notices and Corrigenda incorporated.) Notes - The date in the parentheses means the date that the Rule becomes effective for new cons
3、truction based on the contract date for construction. (See 1-1-4/3.3 of the ABS Rules for Conditions of Classification Offshore Units and Structures (Part 1).) FOREWORD (1 June 2014) (Add new fourth paragraph, as follows.) In June 2014, the definitions of permissible bending stress in Chapter 3, Sec
4、tions 4 and 6 were revised to cover the strength evaluation of longitudinal members beyond 0.4L amidships. CHAPTER 3 STRUCTURAL DESIGN REQUIREMENTS SECTION 4 INITIAL SCANTLING CRITERIA 3 Hull Girder Strength 3.5 Hull Girder Section Modulus 3.5.1 Section Modulus (1 June 2014) (Revise definition of fp
5、, as follows.) fp= nominal permissible bending stress within 0.4L amidships = 17.5 kN/cm2(1.784 tf/cm2, 11.33 Ltf/in2) = nominal permissible bending stress forward of 0.9L from A.P. and aft of 0.1L from A.P. = 12.5 kN/cm2(1.274 tf/cm2, 8.09 Ltf/in2) Linear interpolation is to be used for the interme
