Um-kehren eines Frdergurtes dienen. Sie soll dem Anla-genplaner, dem Konstrukteur und dem Betrei

12、bereinen berblick ber die Ausfhrungsformen undMglichkeiten zur Gestaltung einer Spann-, Ablenk-bzw. Umkehrstation geben.2 AnwendungsbereichDie vorliegende Richtlinie behandelt die unterschied-lichen Mglichkeiten zur Gestaltung einer Spann-,Ablenk- bzw. Umkehrstation. Unter dem Oberbegriff Gurtfrdere

13、r fr Schttgut“sind im VDI-Handbuch Materialfluss und Frder-technik, Band 4, weitere Richtlinien zu verwandtenThemen gesammelt.3 AllgemeinesEine Spannstation umfasst alle Einrichtungen, wel-che zur Aufbringung der Vorspannkraft auf einenFrdergurt erforderlich sind.Gurtfrderer werden mit einer Spannei

14、nrichtung aus-gerstet, um die ntige Vorspannkraft fr den kraft-schlssigen Antrieb und die Begrenzung des Gurt-durchhangs sicherzustellen sowie den Ausgleich vonLngennderungen des Gurtes bei unterschiedlichenBetriebszustnden zu ermglichen. Eine Spannsta-tion besteht im Wesentlichen aus einer Gurtschl

15、eife,in welcher eine versetzbare oder bewegliche Spann-trommel angeordnet ist. Diese sollte vorzugsweise inNhe der Antriebstrommel angeordnet sein. Ge-bruchlich ist aber auch, die Umlenktrommel zuspannen.Die in der Gurtfrdertechnik verwendeten Spann-systeme sind durch unterschiedliche Bewegungs-mgli

16、chkeiten der Spanntrommel gekennzeichnet.4 Kriterien fr die Auslegung von SpannsystemenFr die Auswahl des Spannsystems sind neben denBetriebs- und Beladungszustnden des Gurtfrderersdie Anordnung der Spannstation, die Gre der Vor-spannkraft und die Dehnungseigenschaft des Frder-gurtes entscheidend. Itis intended to give plant developers, technical design-ers and users an overview of the various types andpossible designs of take-up, bend and return stations.2ScopeThis guideline deals with the various possi

19、ble designsof take-up, deflecting and return stations.Further guidelines on related subjects have been com-piled in the VDI manual ”Materials Flow and Materi-als Handling“, volume 4, under the generic term”Belt conveyors for bulk material“.3 GeneralA take-up station comprises all the units required

20、forpretensioning the conveyor belt.Belt conveyors are equipped with a take-up unit toensure a pretensioning force sufficient for the fric-tional grip, to control the sagging of the belt, and tocompensate for changes in belt length under varyingoperating conditions. A take-up station essentiallyconsi

21、sts of a belt loop, encompassing a movable ormobile take-up pulley. This pulley should preferablybe arranged near the driving pulley. It is alsocommon, however, to use the return pulley as take-upstation.The take-up systems used in belt-conveyor technol-ogy are characterised by differences in their

22、mobilityof the take-up pulley.4 Criteria for the design oftake-up systemsApart from the operating and loading conditions ofthe belt conveyor, the arrangement of the take-up sta-tion, the magnitude of the pretensioning force, andthe extensibility of the conveyor belt are decisive fac-tors for the sel

23、ection of a take-up system. 25、d hohe Vorspannung des Gurtes sicherzu-stellen.5 SpannsystemeAusgehend von der Betriebsweise gliedern sich dieSpanneinrichtungen grundstzlich in solche mit fest-gesetzter und solche mit beweglicher Spanntrommel(DIN 22 101). Letztere umfassen Spanneinrichtun-gen mit konstanter oder geregelter Vorspan

26、nkraft.5.1 Spanneinrichtungen mit festgesetzter SpanntrommelIn vielen Fllen, besonders bei kurzen Gurtfrderernoder dehnungsarmen Frdergurten, werden Spann-einrichtungen mit festgesetzter Spanntrommel ver-wendet (Bild 1). Whrend die Gurtlnge nach demSpannen des Gurtes konstant bleibt, ndert sich dieG

27、urtzugkraft unter den verschiedenen Betriebsbedin-gungen und Beladungszustnden und als Folge dieelastische und bleibende Dehnung des Gurtes. Diesgilt ebenfalls bei Temperaturschwankungen. DieSpanneinrichtungen mssen so eingestellt werden,dass die Vorspannkraft zur bertragung der ber dieTrommeln eing

28、eleiteten Krfte unter smtlichen Be-triebs- und Beladungsbedingungen ausreicht.Das Versetzen der Spanntrommel im Bandgerstoder auf einen Spannrahmen wird mit Spannschrau-ben, Spannspindeln, Hydraulikzylindern oder ande-ren Vorrichtungen vorgenommen. Die hufig verwendete Spindelspannvorrichtung istein

29、fach zu bettigen. Sie erlaubt eine kontinuierlicheVerschiebung der Trommel und somit eine gute Ein-stellung der Vorspannkraft. Die Einsatzmglichkei-ten dieser handbettigten Spanneinrichtung ist aufGurtfrderanlagen mit relativ kurzen Spannwegenund geringen Spannkrften beschrnkt. Zur Kontrolle der Gur

30、tvorspannkrfte knnen Kraft-aufnehmer oder andere Messsysteme eingesetzt wer-den. environmental conditions (e.g. temperature influ-ence and space)type of beltbehaviour during operationinstalled power and power transmissionstart-up and shut-down timesloading conditionsSufficient pretension of the belt

31、 shall be ensured un-der any operating and loading condition.5 Take-up systemsStarting from the operating method, a basic distinc-tion is made between take-up units with fixed take-uppulley and those with mobile take-up pulley(DIN 22 101). The latter include take-up units withconstant or controlled

32、pretensioning force.5.1 Take-up units with fixedtake-up pulleyIn many cases, especially with short-distance beltconveyors or conveyor belts of limited extensibility,take-up units with fixed take-up pulley are used(Figure 1). Once the belt has been pretensioned, thebelt length remains constant, where

33、as the belt tensileforce and, consequently, the elastic and permanentelongations of the belt vary depending on thedifferent operating and loading conditions. The sameapplies to temperature variations. The take-up unitsshall be adjusted in such a way that the pretensioningforce is sufficient for the

34、transmission of the forcesapplied via the pulleys under any and all operatingand loading conditions.The take-up pulley is moved within the belt-support-ing structure or on a tensioning frame by means oftensioning screws or spindles, hydraulic cylinders orother devices.The spindle tensioning device i

35、s easy to operate andfrequently used. It allows continuous shifting of thepulley and hence proper adjustment of the preten-sioning force. The application of this manuallyoperated take-up unit is restricted to belt conveyorswith rather short distances to be tensioned and lowtensioning forces.Force tr

Diese Art der Spann-einrichtungen eignet sich auch fr sehr groe Vor-spannkrfte und gestattet eine genaue Einstellungund berwachung durch entsprechende Messeinrich-tungen. Abhngig von der Gr

38、e der Vorspannkraftwerden die Zugseile ggf. mehrfach eingeschert.Spanntrommeln werden auf einem Spannschlittenmit Gleitkufen oder auf einem schienengebundenenSpannwagen montiert. Spannstationen mit festge-setzter Spanneinrichtung haben neben der einfachenBauweise den Vorteil des geringen Platzbedarf

39、es underfordern wenig Wartung. Zu empfehlen ist eineregelmige Kontrolle.Gegenber den beweglichen Spanneinrichtungenmssen u.U. erheblich grere Gurtzugkrfte imNennbetriebszustand in Kauf genommen werden, umeinen einwandfreien Betrieb der Gurtfrderanlage zuermglichen.5.2 Spanneinrichtungen mit beweglic

40、her Spanntrommel und konstanter VorspannkraftEine vom Betriebs- und Beladungszustand unabhn-gige konstante Vorspannkraft wird durch freibewegli-che Spanntrommeln erzielt, welche quasistatischLngennderungen des Frdergurtes selbstndig aus-gleichen. Dieses System, bei welchem die Vorspann-kraft durch G

41、ewichte erzeugt wird (Bild 2, 3 und4), findet praktisch bei stationren Gurtfrderanlagenmit lngeren Spannwegen Verwendung. Die Spann-station ist relativ aufwendig. Die Umlenkung desGurtes oder der Spannseile sowie die senkrechteWegstrecke des Spanngewichtes bedeuten zustz-lichen Platzbedarf. Bei dies

42、em Spannsystem kann dieGurtschleife horizontal bis vertikal angeordnet wer-den. Vertikale Spannschleifen erfordern auer einerSpanntrommel zwei Ablenktrommeln (Bild 2). DieSpanntrommeln bewegen sich unter Last der darunterhngenden Traverse in Gleitfhrungen des Spannge-rstes. Besonders zu beachten ist

43、 die dynamischeWechselwirkung zwischen Gurtzugkraftschwankun-gen (besonders beim Anfahr- und Bremsvorgang)For longer take-up distances, electric motor-drivencable winches are used. This type of take-up unit isalso suitable where very high pretensioning forcesare required, and it allows precise adjus

44、tment andmonitoring by means of appropriate measuring sys-tems. Depending on the magnitude of the pretension-ing force, the cables are reeved several times asnecessary.The take-up pulleys are mounted on a tensioningslide with skids or on a rail-bound tensioning car-riage. Apart from their simple des

45、ign, take-up sta-tions with a fixed take-up unit have the advantage ofrequiring little space and little maintenance. Regularchecking is recommended.The belt tensile forces that may have to be acceptedunder the nominal operating mode to allow perfectoperation of the belt conveyor can be considerablyg

46、reater than for mobile take-up units.5-2 Take-up units with mobile take-up pulley and constant pretensioning forceConstant pretensioning force, irrespective of theoperating and loading conditions, is obtained bymeans of mobile take-up pulleys which compensatefor variations in the length of the conve

47、yor belt quasi-statically and automatically. This system, where thepretensioning force is generated by means of weights(Figures 2, 3 and 4), is applied in stationary beltconveyors with longer take-up distances. The take-upstation is of rather complex design. The deflection ofthe belt or the tensioni

48、ng cables and the vertical dis-placement of the tensioning weight require additionalspace. The belt loop may be arranged under any anglebetween horizontal and vertical in this take-up sys-tem. For vertical belt loops, one take-up pulley andtwo deflection pulleys are required (Figure 2). Underthe loa

49、d of the traverse suspended underneath, thetake-up pulleys are guided in the slideways of the ten-sioning frame.
