Tolerance zones of limit gauges for sizes up to 180 mm =“NO GO“ LIMITGAUGE MAKERSTOLERANCEINTERNAL WORKPIECETOLERANCEW

3、EAR ALLOWANCE“GO“ Shall apply only to complex configuration masters used for setting comperator gauges for length, width, height etc. Shall not apply to standard masters or masters with simple configuration, i.e. rings, discs, blocks etc. a) The maximum alternative gauge makers tolerance is determin

4、ed by computing 5% of the workpiece tolerance. b) Tolerance zones as shown in figure 5 & 6 shall apply. c) The manufacturing limits to be specified on the master drawing.
