The series has three groups describing: 1) Winding wires Test methods (IEC 60851); 2) Specifications for particular types of winding wire

25、s (IEC 60317); 3) Packaging of winding wires (IEC 60264). BS EN 60317-48:2012 6 60317-48 IEC:2012 SPECIFICATIONS FOR PARTICULAR TYPES OF WINDING WIRES Part 48: Glass-fibre wound resin or varnish impregnated, bare or enamelled round copper wire, temperature index 155 1 Scope This part of IEC 60317 sp

26、ecifies requirements of glass-fibre wound resin or varnish impregnated, bare, grade 1 or grade 2 enamelled round copper winding wire, temperature index 155. The impregnating agent can be, for instance, polyester or polyesterimide resin based. NOTE For this type of wire, the heat shock test is inappr

27、opriate and therefore a heat shock temperature cannot be established. 30、 1:2006 apply. 3.2 General notes 3.2.1 Methods of test Subclause 3.2 of IEC 60317-0-6:2001 applies. In case of inconsistency between IEC 60317-0-6 and this standard, IEC 60317-48 shall prevail. 3.2.2 Winding wire The enamelled wire shall have a temperature index of at least 155, and shall be agreed

31、between purchaser and supplier. The temperature index of the wire is dependent upon the type of impregnating agent used. The impregnating agent applied to the glass-fibre shall have a minimum temperature index of 155. BS EN 60317-48:201260317-48 IEC:2012 7 The glass-fibre covering may be a) a single

32、 layer of glass-fibre, b) a double layer of glass-fibre, with one layer applied in the direction opposite to that of the other layer.
