9、ee NA 067-01-01 AA Referenznormen und Qualittsmanagement. This standard is neither a compilation of fasteners from other standards nor a reference standard for ordering purposes. It provides translation guidance for terms commonly used to describe fasteners. Amendments This standard differs from DIN

10、 ISO 1891:1979-09 as follows: a) The standard has been completely restructured. b) Clause 2 “Screw threads” has been extended. c) Subclause 3.1 “Head shapes” has been revised. d) Subclause 3.3 “Ends of externally threaded fasteners” has been revised. e) Subclause 3.4 “Driving features” has been revi

11、sed. f) Hexagon bolts and screws have been divided into bolts and screws with internal driving feature and bolts and screws with external driving feature. g) Triangle, square, octagon and T-head bolts are included in subclause 4.1 “Bolts and screws with ISO metric thread” and subclause 4.1.1 “Bolts

18、teners Terminology 1 Scope This International Standard pro-vides translation guidance for terms commonly used to describe fasteners. This International Stan-dard lays down the terminology of fasteners in English, French and Russian, recommended for use unless otherwise specified in the appropriate p

19、roduct standard. At present, not all of the fasteners listed are covered by ISO docu-ments. For the main part, the items have been selected from existing national standards. Also included are obsolescent types (those being used up from stock) in order that their terminology may be standardized at th

20、e same time. The drawings are essentially diagrammatic, in particular those showing bolts and screws having special characteristics. NOTE In addition to terms used in the three official ISO languages (English, French and Russian), this International Standard gives the equivalent terms in Chinese, Ge

21、rman, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, and Swedish; these are published under the responsibility of the member bodies for China (SAC), Germany (DIN), Italy (UNI), Japan (JISC), Spain (AENOR), and Sweden (SIS), respectively, and are given for information only. Only the terms given in the official language
