2、 Communication Commissions (“FCC”) Report and Order in the 2000 Biennial Review of Part 68 of the Commissions Rules and Regulations, CC Docket No. 99-216, FCC 00-400, adopted November 9, 2000 and released December 21, 2000 (“Order” or “R (b) there is no assurance that the Document will be approved b
3、y any Committee of TIA or any other body in its present or any other form; (c) the Document may be amended, modified or changed in the standards development or any editing process. The use or practice of contents of this Document may involve the use of intellectual property rights (“IPR”), including
