2、pecification is a 3 layer composite comprised of a PVC top layer, a woven polyester middle layer, and a bottom PVC layer. 2. APPLICATION This specification was released originally for material used as a tonneau shade cover for the interior load compartment. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 APPROVED SOURCES This
3、specification requires the use of approved sources. Only the sources identified on the Ford Approved Source List (ASL) can be used when this specification is listed on the drawing, CAD file, or other documents. The list of approved sources is located within Ford at or available externally through a
4、 Ford Materials Engineer. In addition to the requirements listed herein, this material shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M8P29-A/Latest, Performance, Interior Tonneau/Cargo Shade Assembly specification and of any applicable SDS requirements. 3.2 VEHICLE INTERIOR ENVIRONMENTAL PERFORMANCE Materi
5、als used in interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSS-M99P2222-F1/latest, Performance, Vehicle Interior Environmental Quality Material/Component Requirements. Data must be included in material submission package. 3.3 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish s
