3、uss Schweitechnik (Welding Standards Committee).The aim of this standard is to ensure that the qualification testing of welders is performed under the sameconditions and using the same types of test piece, irrespective of where such tests are held. By passing thetest as specified here, welders demon

4、strate that they are adequately qualified to be employed for the fusionwelding of steel in industry within the scope specified in this standard.Welders only qualify for testing as described in this standard if they have acquired adequate skill as diver-welders with a company or institute recognized

5、by an accredited body for the training of diver-welders asspecified in EWF 570-01. Such bodies are those which satisfy the criteria set out in DIN EN 45002 toDIN EN 45004, DIN EN 45010 to DIN EN 45014 and DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, in addition to those specified inany relevant regulations, codes of pract
