Lengths exceeding 360 mm shall be graded in 40 mm increments. Commercial lengths of taper pins are those given in the zone between the continuous step

21、ped lines (preferred lengths between 5 mm and 25 mm). For taper pins with lengths above the dashed line, b l1 (l2 1,5 x1). 25、ent. All tolerances shall apply prior to the application of a plating or coating. Workmanship Pins shall be uniform in quality and free of irregularities or detrimental defects. 27、s, difficulties may arise if the larger diameter of the taper has sharp edges. It is therefore recommended that either a small chamfer be made at this point or that the taper be made cylindrical at the edge of the upper part over a length of about 1 mm.
