33、3 0 Details required for drafting the specification of works The following information supplements the general information specified in DIN 18299, clause 0. Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 EU ff. or 7 VS ff. of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up.

The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information 0.1.1 Type of roof, roof pitch and shape, eaves height and number, position and size of separate roof sections. 0.1.2 T

35、ype, condition and strength of substrate (e.g. deck, base layer, supporting layer, roof structure), purlin and rafter spacing. 0.1.3 Permissible loading of roof surface or roof deck. 0.1.4 Type, position and loadbearing capacity of anchor devices (e.g. for protective nets). 47、s are required supplementary to those given in DIN 18299, subclause 0.4. 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, accounting of works shall be based on the following: 0.5.1 Area (m2), accounted for separately according to type of construction and dimensions: discontinuous roofing (e.g.

48、 with clips, screws, nails), sheet roofing, primers, separation layers, vapour control layers, insulating and protection layers, protective toppings, unsupported flexible underlays, gravel, slabbing and substrates for green roofs, external wall claddings, cladded rear walls of niches.
