Without this information, a specification of works as required in 7 ff., 7 ff. EU or 7 ff. VS

19、 of VOB/A (DIN 1960) cannot be properly drawn up. This information does not form part of the contract. The specification of works shall, in particular, include the following information as and when applicable. 0.1 Site information 0.1.1 Type, surface condition and fall of waterproofing substrate (i.

20、e. background or substrate to which the waterproofing membrane is applied). 0.1.2 Maximum groundwater table or flood level relevant for waterproofing; greatest depth of waterproofing below water level. 0.1.3 Water permeability of ground surrounding the structural element. 0.1.4 Type of use of struct

21、ures, spaces or areas to be waterproofed. 0.1.5 Depth and types of foundation and constructional details of, and loads from, neighbouring structures. DIN 18336:2016-09 5 0.1.6 Form of excavations. 0.1.7 Type, location, dimensions and constructional details of any scaffolding installed by other contr

22、actors, and schedule for the installation or removal of such scaffolding. 0.2 Details of execution of work 0.2.1 Type, location, number and size of structures or building elements to be waterproofed. 0.2.2 Type of waterproofing and materials required (depending on its use or the level of hydraulic l

23、oading (e.g. ground moisture, water not exerting hydrostatic pressure in high-duty or moderate-duty applications, seepage water with temporary build-up of water, water exerting hydrostatic pressure). 0.2.3 Information whether the waterproofing is to be applied internally on the rear of wall or exter

24、nally on outside walls, place of installation, and whether structural bases, floors or wall surfaces are to be waterproofed. 0.2.4 Any special requirements regarding the resistance of waterproofing to thermal, mechanical, biological or chemical stresses. 0.2.5 Level of surface pressure to which the

25、waterproofing is exposed and the areas affected, grouped according to structural bases, floors and wall surfaces. 0.2.6 Type, condition and strength of waterproofing substrate (e.g. plain concrete, aerated concrete, rendered or unrendered masonry). 0.2.7 Any pretreatment of the waterproofing substra

26、te. 0.2.8 Type of connection of waterproofing to substrate and of interconnection of waterproofing membranes. 0.2.9 Type, location, dimensions and design of joints to be sealed (movement and structural joints, joints between components). 0.2.10 Type, direction and extent of joint movement. 0.2.11 Ty

DIN 18336:2016-09 6 0.2.17 Type, location, dimensions and number of sloping, curved or otherwise specially shaped surfaces. 0.2.18 Specification of height to which waterproofing is to be applied on wall surfaces and dimensions of sections (e.g. where backfilling is in sections). 0.2.19 T

30、ype of application of waterproofing (e.g. internal on the rear of walls, or external on external walls). 0.2.20 Type and length of waterproofing at structural base/wall junctions (e.g. “reverse” joint*)or “horizontal lapped (“retrograde”)” joint*). 0.2.21 Type, design, location, number and dimension

34、ifications of this standard, they shall be described separately and clearly in the specification of works. 0.3.2 Such specifications may be of particular relevance in subclauses 3.2 to 3.10. 0.4 Details of associated tasks and special tasks No details are required supplementary to those given in DIN

35、 18299, subclause 0.4. 0.5 Accounting of works In the specification of works, accounting of works shall be based on the following: *)Translators note. “Kehranschluss”, joint in which the waterproofing of the wall is first continued from the structural base upwards, looking outwards, and is then appl

37、 of wall surfaces including the area of “horizontal lapped (“retrograde”)” joints, waterproofing of structural bases including the area of “horizontal lapped (“retrograde”)” joints, grouped according to slope (i.e. slopes with a gradient up to 1 : 1 or over 1 : 1), waterproofing of floors, provision

38、 of reinforcing material for surfaces, pretreatment of waterproofing substrate, protective layers and taking protective measures, insulating layers, underlays, vapour barriers, etc. 0.5.2 Length (m), accounted for separately according to type and size: waterproofing over movement joints, grouped acc

39、ording to slope (i.e. slopes with a gradient up to 1 : 1 or over 1 : 1), damp-proof courses or membranes in walls, transitions, connections, junctions and ends, “reverse” joints at slab/wall junctions, “horizontal lapped (“retrograde”)” joints at structural base/wall junctions, reinforcement at edge

40、s, fillets, junctions, ends and transitions, making angle fillets, adhesive and weld-on flanges and loose-and-fixed flange assemblies, bar clamps and clip rails, flashings, coated sheet metal, etc., strips of underlay and insulating layers. 0.5.3 Number, accounted for separately according to type an

41、d size: making and closing of cutouts, waterproofing at penetrations, grouped according to slope (i.e. slopes with a gradient up to 1 : 1 or over 1 : 1), adhesive and weld-on flanges and loose-and-fixed flange assemblies, sleeves, clips, bar clamps and clip rails, coated sheet metal, etc., disc anch

42、ors, fitments, etc. 1 Scope 1.1 This standard deals with waterproofing using bitumen, bituminous material, metal strips or plastics or rubber sheeting to protect structures against ground moisture, water (including seepage water) exerting hydrostatic pressure and such exerting no hydrostatic pressur

43、e, and the associated insulating, separating and protective materials and elements. It also covers waterproofing of intensive roof garden systems. DIN 18336:2016-09 8 1.2 This standard does not cover water-resistant concrete (see DIN 18331), waterproofing of roofs, including those accommodating exte

44、nsive roof garden systems (see DIN 18338), mastic asphalt work (see DIN 18354), sealing of carriageway deck slabs of bridges that form part of public highways, sealing associated with earthwork (including tunnelling) and waste disposal sites, waterproofing of walls of wet rooms in residential buildi

45、ngs, exposed to splash water. 1.3 DIN 18299, clauses 1 to 5 shall also apply. In cases where the specifications of DIN 18299 contradict the present standard, DIN 18336 shall take precedence. 2 Materials and components The specifications of DIN 18299, clause 2 shall be supplemented as follows: The ta

46、bles in DIN 18195-2:2009-04 cover the most commonly used standardized materials and components. The information provided in the tables relates to the European product standards on bitumen, plastics and rubber sheeting, and also to DIN SPEC 20000-202:2016-03. Materials and components declared to be r
