Add10mlofsolvent,thendissolvethetestportionusingthemagneticstirrerand,ifnecessary,byheating slightly. Cooltoroomtemperature,add20mlofaceticacidandthen,withthepipette,10mloftetraethylammonium bromideso

38、lution. Ifusingtheindicatormethod,add4to6dropsofcrystalvioletsolutionandtitratethesolutiononthemagnetic stirrerwiththeperchloricacidsolution. Carryoutthetitrationuntilastablegreencolourisobtained.
