6、ency units or in charging units.“Sub-total charges” can be given in charging units or in currency units, or the value “free of charge” or “not available”can be given to the served user. The charged items that affect the charging applied for the call should be covered.“Total charges” can be given in

7、charging units or in currency units, or the value “free of charge” or “not available” canbe given to the served user. The information indicates the recorded charges for the call. The information shall only begiven to a served user involved in the call when the call is terminated, and the same charge

8、d items covered by “sub-totalcharges” shall be included. The information can be accompanied by a billing identification. If the “billing identification”is not included, the default value shall be interpreted as “normal charging”.2.3 Specific terminologyFor the purposes of this Recommendation, the fo

10、icable to all circuit switched telecommunication services.3 Procedures3.1 Provision/withdrawalThe AOC-D supplementary service shall either be provided on a subscription basis or be generally available. TheAOC-D supplementary service can be offered with one subscription option. Only one value can be

The activation on a per call basis shall occur at call request.3.2.2 Invocation and operationThe network shall transfer charging information to the served user when an appropriate cost increment occurs. The rateof sending information can be limited such that information shall not be sent more fre

14、quently than every t seconds,i.e. information shall be sent every t seconds, or when the increment occurs whichever is latter. The value of t shall bea network option.If the call is free of charge to the served user, this shall be indicated at the start of the call. If the call becomes free ofcharge

15、 to the served user during the call, the free of charge indication can be given at that time. The free of chargeindication shall not be periodically repeated (exceptional case, see the interaction with the terminal portabilitysupplementary service).When the call is terminated, the overall charge for
