7、iew mirror must fulfill the requirements according to part 1, clause 8. 1.2 Adjusting Torque 1.2.1 Measurement and Adjusting Torque On mirrors with one pivot, the adjusting torque is measured with a spring gauge, at the mirror housing at two circumferential locations 90 apart, under consideration of

8、 the distance to the swivelling axis. If the mirror retention is not located on the center of the housing, one of the two test points shall be located on the edge opposite to the retaining point. The shape of the spring gauge hook shall suit the shape of the mirror housing edge. In case of two or mo

9、re pivots, the adjusting torque for each pivot shall be measured separately at the pertinent lever arm. 1.2.2 Adjusting Torque Requirements torque at point A: (1,7 r 0,3) Nm torque at point B: (0,9 r 0,2) Nm torque at point C: (0,19 r 0,06) Nm maximum difference between both adjusting directions and

10、 point C: r 0,06 Nm Sketch 1: Adjusting Torque 1.3 Vibration Test 1.3.1 Setup Install rearview mirror with support in a fixture and attach to the oscillating table in vehicle installed position. 1.3.2 Complete Test (Release) Measurement of beam deflection in 5 Hz increments, in the frequency range f

11、rom 20 Hz to 250 Hz, at an acceleration of 10 m/s2. If there is an obvious resonance between two 5 Hz increments, it shall be recorded and determined exactly in smaller increments if neccessary The measurement must, if required, also be made in different operating positions (day/night) and/or arm po

14、inem Federkraftmesser am Spiegelgehuse an zwei um 90 zueinander versetzten Stellen des Umfanges gemessen. Befindet sich der Spiegelhalter nicht in Gehusemitte, so ist eine der zwei Mestellen an dem der Halterbefestigung gegenberliegenden Rand zu whlen. Der Haken des Federkraftmessers ist dem Einbaur

15、and des Spiegelgehuses angepat. Bei zwei oder mehr Einstellgelenken wird das Verstellmoment fr jedes Gelenk am zugehrigen Hebelarm getrennt gemessen. 1.2.2 Verstellmomentforderungen Moment um Punkt A: (1,7 0,3) Nm Moment um Punkt B: (0,9 Nm 0,2) Nm Moment um Punkt C: (0,19 Nm 0,06) Nm Maximale Diffe

16、renz zwischen beiden Verstellrichtungen zum Punkt C: 0,06 Nm Abb. 1: Verstellmomente 1.3 Schwingungsprfung 1.3.1 Aufbau Der Innenspiegel wird auf der Halteplatte an einer Vorrichtung montiert und mit dieser in Einbaulage auf dem Schwingtisch aufgebaut. 1.3.2 Komplettprfung (Freigabe) Im Frequenzbere

17、ich von 20 Hz bis 250 Hz und bei einer Beschleunigung von 10 m/s2 wird die Strahl-ablenkung in 5 Hz-Schritten gemessen. Liegt zwischen zwei 5 Hz-Schritten eine deutliche Resonanz, so ist diese festzuhalten und eventuell in kleineren Schritten genau zu ermitteln. Die Messung mu eventuell auch in vers

18、chiedenen Betriebsstellungen (Tag/Nacht) und oder Armstellungen durchgefhrt werden. Die gemessenen Werte sind in Diagramme einzutragen und zu bewerten. 28、encies exceeds 50 Hz Always indicate beam deflections in r minutes ( ). 1.4 Resistance to High and Low Temperatures and High Humidity Environments For the test, mirror assemblies and mirror glass are tested in high humidity environments under shock-type temperature changes. Storages times and temper

29、atures are as indicated below: 3 h at -30 C 3 K 1 h at +90 C 2,5 K 3 h at -30 C 3 K 1 h at +60 C 2,5 K Test in High Humidity Environments to GME 60 202-D1 (1 = 48 h) 8 h at +60 C 2,5K 88 h at -30 C 3 K 24 h at +80 C 2,5 K Evaluation after cooling to +23 C 5 K. After this test the reflective coating

30、of the mirrors must not have any faults and cracks and must not become dull. Appearance and function of the mirror assembly must not be adversly affected. The mirror housing must not shrink or expand in a way that the mirror glass warps, breaks or falls out. Joints between two different or equal mat

31、erials must not form a gap of more than 0,3 mm. The safety backing must not separate from the mirror. 1.5 Test of the Release Force The mirror assembly must be so designed that the bracket breaks/bends away or can be compressed without leaving sharp edges when the mirror or bracket is subjected to a

32、 force between 150 N and 400 N. The force shall be applied once in driving direction and once in a lateral direction in any plane within r 45 to a horizontal line. Erforderlich ist die Erfassung von 5 Werten (3 x Strahlablenkung und 2 x Frequenz). Die Mebereiche s

34、ind aus der nachfolgenden Tabelle zu entnehmen. 36、anspruchungen unterworfen, wobei die Temperaturwechsel schockartig erfolgen mssen. In nachfolgender Aufstellung sind die Lagerzeiten bei den entsprechenden Temperaturen angegeben: 3 h bei -30 C 3 K 1 h bei +90 C 2,5 K 3 h bei -30 C 3 K 1 h bei +60 C 2,5 K Kondenswasser-Klimaprfung nach GME 60 202-D1

37、 (1 = 48 h) 8 h bei +60 C 2,5K 88 h bei -30 C 3 K 24 h bei +80 C 2,5 K Die Beurteilung erfolgt nach Abkhlung auf +23 C 5 K. Nach dieser Prfung darf der reflektierende Belag der Spiegel keine Fehler oder Risse aufweisen und nicht erblinden. Aussehen und Funktion des Zusammenbau Spiegel darf sich nich

38、t nachteilig verndern. Das Spiegelgehuse darf nicht so weit schrumpfen oder sich dehnen, da der eingebaute Spiegel nicht mehr plan ist, bricht oder herausfllt. Stostellen zwischen zwei verschiedenen oder gleichen Werkstoffen am Spiegel drfen keinen Spalt mit einer Breite von mehr als 0,3 mm bilden.

39、Der Sicherheitsrckenbelag darf sich nicht vom Spiegel lsen. 1.5 Prfung der Auswurfkraft Der Zusammenbau Spiegel mu so konstruiert sein, da der Halter, ohne scharfe Kanten zu hinterlassen, abbricht, sich wegbiegen oder zusammendrcken lt, wenn der Spiegel bzw. der Halter einer Kraft zwischen 150 N und

40、 400 N unterworfen wird. Die Kraftwirkung ist einmal in Fahrtrichtung und zum anderen in einer seitlichen Richtung in irgendeiner Ebene innerhalb 45 zur Horizontalen anzusetzen. Instead of the ba

42、r pattern, a diapositive with a horizontal black line (0,5 mm line) is used. Via the mirror in vehicle installed position, the line clearly appears on the projection screen. Due to the wedge angle of the mirror 3 horizontal lines appear on the projection screen, at the given projection distances, th

43、eir distance should be between 846 mm and 936 mm. This results from our requirement, that the wedge angle of the tilting mirror should be 320 - 10. The pivot angle of the mirror must be selected to assure that after tilting the upper and lower black line are congruent with the line previously locate

44、d in the middle, whereby the deviation measured on the projection screen may not exceed r 200 mm. For the given wedge angle of the mirror, the tilting angle must be between 430 and 530. 1.7 Durability Test After 5 000 operating cycles, the mirror must be fully functional. Each operating cycle consis

45、ts of one movement of the mirror head or element across the full vertical and horizontal operating range and back to the starting point or consist of a to- and -fro turning or tilting of the mirror head or -element. If the operation consists of two or more different movements (e.g. turning or linear

46、 movement) 5 000 full movements must be completed. Make sure to test in the position causing the highest load of the operating mechanism. For the test, the mirror shall be installed in a fixture. It is operated by a drive unit at a speed of (4+1) cycles per minute. After the durability test, the mir

47、rors must be fully functional. No unwanted noise may occur during the durability test. 48、 Kippwinkel Die Prfung des Keilwinkels und Kippwinkels von kippbaren Spiegeln erfolgt mit der gleichen Einrichtung, wie in Teil 1 Pos. 8.6 beschrieben. Anstelle des Strichrasters wird ein Diapositiv mit einem horizontalen schwarzen Strich (Strichdicke 0,5 mm) benutzt. Der Strich wird ber den in Einb

49、aulage montierten Spiegel auf der Projektionswand scharf abgebildet. Aufgrund des Keilwinkels des Spiegels erscheinen auf der Projektionswand 3 Striche bereinander, deren Abstand bei den vorgegebenen Projektionsentfernungen jeweils zwischen 846 mm und 936 mm betragen soll. Dies ergibt sich aufgrund unserer Forderung, da der Keilwinkel des Kippspiegels 320 - 10 betragen soll. Der Kippwinkel des Spiegels
