The series uses B-ISDN concepts as developed by ITU-T and conforms to thefr
4、amework of International Standards for Open Systems Interconnection as defined by ISO/IEC. It has been produced underETSI work item DEN/ECMA-00131.This particular Standard specifies the signalling protocol for use at the Q reference point for basic call/connection control.This Standard is based upon
5、 the practical experience of ECMA member companies and the results of their active andcontinuous participation in the work of ISO/IEC JTC1, ITU-T, the ATM Forum, ETSI and other international and nationalstandardization bodies. It represents a pragmatic and widely based consensus.This ECMA Standard i
