6、f lattice girder designations 14 2 DIN 488-5:2009-08 Foreword DIN 488-5:2009-08 has been prepared by Working Committee NA 021-00-03 AA Normung von Betonstahl und Spannstahl of the Normenausschuss Eisen und Stahl (FES) (Iron and Steel Standards Committee). It is the first German standard on lattice g
7、irders. 1 Scope This standard specifies the technical delivery conditions and mechanical and geometric properties of lattice girders used for the reinforcement of reinforced and prestressed concrete. The specific requirements for steel grades B500A (1.0438) and B500B (1.0439) used for the manufactur
8、e of lattice girders are covered by DIN 488-1, DIN 488-2 and DIN 488-3. 11、initions For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions in DIN 488-1 and DIN 488-6 and the following apply. 3.1 lattice girder two- or three-dimensional reinforcing element consisting of an upper chord, one or more lower chords and continuous or discontinuous diagonals which are resist
12、ance spot welded to the chords at all the contact points (see Figure 1) 3.2 lower chord set of reinforcing steel bars arranged in the longitudinal direction in the lower part of the lattice girder NOTE The reinforcing steel bars forming the lower chord in the longitudinal direction can be interconne
