The choice of stabilizers and otheradditives (

The standard does not applyto the use of recycled materials, as well as blended(blends), co-polymerized, filled or reinforcedmolding compounds (e.g. chalk filled or glass fiberreinforced molding compounds). The use ofcirculating materia

29、l, accrued during the own internalproduction process is permitted. 30、9:2010-12 4.2 Nachweis der Zeitstand-Innendruckfestigkeit Fr den verwendeten Werkstoff muss nachgewiesen sein, dass die Zeitstand-Innendruck-festigkeit auf oder oberhalb der Referenzkennlinien (Mindestkurven) nach Bild 1 liegt. Die Erstellungder Referenzkennlinien erfolgt nachDIN EN ISO 9080. Fr den

31、 Nachweis der Zeitstand-Innendruckfestigkeit sind Flaschenprobekrpernach ISO 15853 zu verwenden. Die Extrapolation des Zeitstand-Innendruck-verhaltens und die Festlegung der Extra-polationszeitgrenzen ergibt sich nachDIN EN ISO 9080:2003-10, Tabelle 1. Die Referenzkennlinien fr PSU in Bild 1 basiere

32、nauf Gleichung (2). Die Gleichung gilt fr Temperaturen von 10 C bis 110 C. 4.2 Verification of the long term hydrostatic strength For the material used, it shall be verified that thelong term hydrostatic strength lies on or above thetime-to-failure curves (minimum curves), as shownin figure 1. For the verification of the longterm hydrostatic strength, tubular test piecesaccording to ISO 15853 shall be used. The extrapolation of the long term hydrostaticpressure resistance and the specification of thee

Sie mssen freivon Blasen, Lunkern und Inhomogenitten sein, diedie Funktion beeintrchtigen. Eine Einfrbung derFlaschenprobekrper muss durchgehendgleichmig sein

39、. Die Flaschenprobekrper mssen eine glatteInnen- und Auenflche haben. Geringfgig welligeRillen und dadurch bedingte Ungleichmigkeitenin der Wanddicke sind zulssig, soweit dieNennwanddicke nicht unterschritten wird.Unzulssig sind in jedem Fall scharfkantige Rillenund Mulden (eingefallene Stellen). 40、e Prfungerfolgt nach 6.1. 5 Requirements 5.1 Preparation and appearance of the tubular test pieces The tubular test pieces shall be produced accordingto ISO 15853 using the injection-moulding process.They shall be free of blow holes, cavities andinhomogenities, which are able to affect thefunction.

41、Colouring shall be solid and uniform.The internal and external surfaces of the tubulartest pieces shall be smooth. A marginal rippledsurface and thereby caused inequalities in the wallthickness are acceptable, as far as the nominal wallthickness shall not be below the limits. In any case,sharp-edged

42、 ripples and cavities (sink marks) arenot permitted. Test according to 6.1. 5.2 Mae und Grenzabmae Es gelten die Vorgaben nach ISO 15853.
