35、ed,themanufacturer shallappointapersonwhoshallhavedefinedauthority,appropriateknowledgeand experienceoftheproductionoftheinsulatingglass,toberesponsiblefortheconductand supervisionoffactoryproductioncontrolprocedures,includingassessmentofthe qualificationsofanysubcontractedtestingandinspectionbody.E
