3、aminimum level of acceptable performance attributes for rein-forced or laminated waterproofing membranes applied tobelow-grade walls.1.2 This guide does not include cementitious, integral, orbentonite waterproofing systems.1.3 This guide does not include membranes applied underslabs on grade or on s
4、uspended slabs below grade or applied tosoil retaining systems, water containment structures, or tun-nels.1.4 It is not possible to establish a precise correlationbetween laboratory tests on waterproofing membranes andperformance attributes after installation due to variations inchemicals in the soi
5、l, design, material, and installation.1.5 The values stated in either inch-pound or SI units are tobe regarded separately as standard. The values stated in eachsystem may not be exact equivalents; therefore, each systemshall be used independently of the other. Combining valuesfrom the two systems ma

19、s water-tight integrity for the life of the building in a continuously orintermittently moist environment and may be subject to con-tinuous or intermittent hydrostatic pressure.
