1、MILITARY SPECIFICATION RESISTOR NETWORK, FIXED, FILM (EXTERNALLY TRIMMABLE) This specification is approved for use by the U.S. Army Armament Research and Developnent Comand, and is available for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense. 1. SCOPE 1.1 This cpecificat.ion covers
2、 the detail requirements not normally covered by the drawing and provides quality assurance provisions for the fabrication of a Trimable Resistor Network for use in the BLU-92/B Mine, Antipersonnel and Mine, Antitank: BLU-91/B. 2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 2.1 The following documents of the issue in effe
3、ct on date of invitation for bids or request for proposal, form a part of this specification to the extent specified herein. Part number - 9328687X (X = Revision letter). b. Suppliers code symbol. c. Manufacturers date code, the first two digits shall be the last
8、two digits of the number of the year. The third and fourth digits shall indicate the calendar week of the year. d. Pin No. 1 identifier, see DWG 9328687. 3.5.2 Resistance to solvents. The markings on resistor networks shall be legible after being subjected to the resistance to solvents test of MU-ST
9、D.202, Met hod 215. 3.5.3 Data requirements. Data shall be recorded on a golno-go basis and retained for all test called out by this specification. Requirements for the submission of first article samples by the contractor shall be as specified in the contract. 3.7 Workmanship. The trimmable resistive network shall be fabricated
11、and finished in a thorough, workmanlike manner consistent with the best practices of the industry. matter. The cleaning method used shall not be injurious to the resistive network nor shall the parts be contaminated by the cleaning agents, All markings and stampings shall be free of harmful cleaning
