17、 A failure criterion should be developedthat considers the strain capacity or fracture resistancecharacteristics of the material. Similar issues should beconsidered in developing a suitable safety factor as weredescribed for a Level 1 or Level 2 analysis.3 TABLES OF ALLOWABLE LENGTH OF CORROSIONThe
