14、 Stellantrieben und Stel-lungsreglern offenes Konzept, das den Austausch von Stellungsreglern unterschiedlicher Fabrikate am gleichen Antrieb ermglicht. The guideline is intended to provide a standardization of an additional interface be-tween the actuator of

16、a control valve and the posi-tioner. It is a concept which is open to all manufac-turers of actuators and positioners and which will allow interchangeability in the same drive of posi-tioners from different manufacturers. Auf der gleichen Laternenseite hinten ist eine zweite senkrechte Flche vorgese-hen, die ebenfalls mit Luftkanlen und Befesti-gungsgewinden versehen ist und auf die ein Steu-erventil rohrlos montiert werden kann. 3.1 Integrierter Anb

24、au des Stellungsreglers Das Konzept des integrierten Anbaus zeigt Bild 1a. Die Anschlussflchen fr Stellungsregler (Bild 1b) und Steuerventil (Bild 1c) sind wahl-weise fester Bestandteil der Laterne oder knnen mittels an der Laterne befestigtem separatem An-schlussblock realisiert werden. Hierbei bes

25、teht auch die Mglichkeit, die Steuerluft durch die La-terne in die druckbeaufschlagte Kammer zu fhren. Zur Befestigung des Hubabgriffs dienen zwei waa-gerecht im Abstand von 30 mm angeordnete Ge-windebohrungen an der Antriebsspindel. 3.2 Integrierter Anbau des Steuerventils In der fr den Anbau vorge

26、sehenen Flanschflche sind zwei Gewindebohrungen und drei bzw. vier Steuerluftbohrungen, gem Bild 1c, vorzusehen. Bohrung 6 dient zur Aufnahme eines Kodierstifts (Durchmesser 5 mm, Lnge 10 mm, nicht rostend), durch den sichergestellt wird, dass das Steuerventil nur in der vorgeschriebenen Position be

27、festigt werden kann. Der Kodierstift muss 2 mm aus der Flanschflche des Antriebs herausragen und kann so in die gegenberliegende Kodiersenkung (Min-desttiefe 3 mm, Durchmesser 5,5 mm) am Steuer-ventil hineinragen. Die beiden Gewindebohrungen (M5, Tiefe 10 mm) Bohrung 5 und Bohrung 7 dienen zur Befes

28、tigung des Steuerventils. Die Steuerluftbohrung 1 (Min-destdurchmesser 3 mm) dient zur Durchfhrung des Stelldrucks (z. B. Stellungsreglerausgang) fr den Stellantrieb in das Steuerventil. Bei hilfsgesteuerten Steuerventilen wird die Hilfs-energie ber die Bohrung 12 (Mindestdurchmesser 2 mm) zum Vorst

29、euerventil gefhrt. Wird die Boh-rung fr die Hilfsenergie nicht bentigt, ist die Bohrung durch Einlegen eines Dichtrings zu ver-schlieen. Die Verbindung der Kanle fr die Steuerluft zwi-schen Steuerventil und Antrieb wird durch O-Ringe (16 mm 2 mm fr Bohrung 2 und Boh-rung 3 bzw. 6,5 mm 2 mm fr Bohrun

31、side of the yoke there is a sec-ond vertical face at the back which is also provided with air ducts and tapped mounting holes. A sole-noid valve can be fitted to it without tubes. 3.1 Integrated mounting of the positioner The concept of integrated mounting can be seen in Figure 1a. The connecting su

32、rfaces for position-ers (Figure 1b) and pilot valve (Figure 1c) can either be a permanent part of the yoke or take the form of a separate connection block attached to the yoke. Here it is also possible to route the control air into the diaphragm chamber through the yoke. Two tapped holes on the actu

33、ator shaft spaced 30 mm horizontally apart are used for attaching the travel linkage. 3.2 Integrated mounting of the pilot valve The flange face provided for mounting the valve should have two tapped holes and three or four control air holes, as shown in Figure 1c. Hole 6 is used for receiving a cod

34、ing pin (diame-ter 5 mm, length 10 mm, rust-resistant) which en-sures that the pilot valve can only be fitted in the prescribed position. The coding pin must project 2 mm out of the flange face of the actuator and can thus engage with its counterpart coding hole (minimum depth 3 mm, diameter 5,5 mm)

35、 in the pilot valve. The two tapped holes (M5, depth 10 mm) hole 5 and hole 7 are used for mounting the pilot valve. Control air hole 1 (minimum diameter 3 mm) is used for bringing the control pressure (for exam-ple, positioner output) for the actuator through into the pilot valve. In the case of se

36、rvo-assisted solenoid valves the auxiliary energy is supplied to the pilot valve via hole 12 (minimum diameter 2 mm). If the hole for auxiliary energy is not required, it should be closed off by inserting a sealing ring. The connection of the ducts for the control air be-tween the pilot valve and th

37、e actuator is sealed off by means of o-rings (16 mm 2 mm for hole 2 and hole 3 and preferably 6,5 mm 2 mm for hole 1 and hole 2). 45、on 15 mm angeordneten Gewindebohrungen an der Antriebsspindel montiert (siehe hierzu auch DIN EN 60534-6-1). 3.4 Anbau an Antriebe mit Sulenlaterne gem DIN EN 60534-6-1 Beim Anbau an Sulenlaternen nach Bild 3 wer-den die Anschlussflchen fr Stellungsregler und Magnetventil ebenfalls durch einen separ

46、aten, an der Laterne befestigten Anschlussblock hergestellt. Die Befestigung des Anschlussblocks an der Sule erfolgt zweckmig mit bekannten U-frmigen Schraubenbolzen. 48、ast-iron yokes as shown in Figure 2 the connection faces for posi-tioners and solenoid valve take the form of a sepa-rate connection block attached to the yoke. The travel linkage is mounted in two tapped holes in the actuator shaft spaced vertically 15 mm apart (in this regard see also DIN EN 60534

49、-6-1). 3.4 Mounting on actuators with a rod-type yoke as per DIN EN 60534-6-1 In the case of mounting on rod-type yokes as shown in Figure 3 the connection faces for posi-tioner and solenoid valve also take the form of a separate connection block attached to the yoke.
