29、Fassung bercksichtigt werden knnen.Die Richtlinien und Normen sind in den sechs Bn-den des VDI/DIN-Handbuches Reinhaltung der Luftzusammengefasst.EinleitungDistickstoffmonoxid (N2O) ist ein klimarelevantesGas (Treibhausgas“) und wirkt als Katalysator frden stratosphrischen Abbau von Ozon. Das CO2-qu

30、ivalent von N2O betrgt nach aktuellem Standdes Wissens 296 1. Der Anteil von N2O in der unte-ren Atmosphre betrgt gegenwrtig ca. 0,3 ppm(Volumenanteil) mit einer jhrlichen Steigerungsratevon 0,2 % bis 0,5 % 2.N2O ist sowohl natrlichen als auch anthropogenenUrsprungs. Erhhte Emissionen von N2O werden

31、z.B. im Abgas von Feuerungen, die mit stickstoffhal-tigen Brennstoffen bei Temperaturen unter 900 Cbetrieben werden, und bei der NOx-Minderung mitdem SNCR-Verfahren (selektive nicht-katalytischeReduktion) insbesondere bei Verwendung von Harn-stoff beobachtet. Auf Grund seiner Klimarelevanz isteine g

32、esicherte messtechnische Erfassung der N2O-Emissionen erforderlich. Die Verordnung ber Anla-gen zur biologischen Behandlung von Abfllen(30. BImSchV) setzt beispielsweise eine zulssigeObergrenze fr N2O-Emissionen von 100 g/t Abfallals Monatsmittelwert. Die Emissionen an N2O imAbgas von Wirbelschichtf

33、euerungen fr den Einsatzvon Kohle bei Anlagen nach 5.4.1.2.1 der TA Luftdrfen die Massenkonzentration 0,15 g/m3, bei Anla-gen zur Herstellung von Salpetersure (TA Luft,5.4.4.1m.1) 0,80 g/m3nicht berschreiten.N2O ist unter den blichen messtechnischen Bedin-gungen eine stabile chemische Verbindung. Me

34、ss-technische Probleme bereitet die thermodynamischbegnstigte N2O-Nachbildung aus anderen Kompo-nenten des Abgases 3 bis 5.Die vorliegende Richtlinie VDI 2469 Blatt 1 be-schreibt die Messung von N2O mit einem manuellengaschromatographischen Verfahren. VDI 2469Blatt 2 beschreibt die automatische kont

35、inuierlicheMessung von N2O mit Messgerten, die auf demNDIR-Messprinzip (nichtdispersive Infrarotabsorp-tion) beruhen.The guidelines and standards are first published asdrafts. 37、.IntroductionNitrous oxide (N2O) is a gas of relevance to the cli-mate (”greenhouse gas“) and acts as a catalyst for thedepletion of stratospheric ozone. According to thecurrent state of knowledge, the global warming po-tential of N2O has the value 296 1. The proportionof N2O in the lower atmosphere

38、 is curently approxi-mately 0,3 ppm (by volume), with an annual rate ofincrease of 0,2 % to 0,5 % 2.N2O is of both natural and anthropogenic origin. In-creased emissions of N2O have been observed, for ex-ample, in the exhaust gas of combustion processesusing nitrogenous fuels at temperatures below90

39、0 C, and in the reduction of NOxusing the SNCR(selective non-catalytic reduction) process, in parti-cular when urea is used. Owing to its relevance to theclimate, a validated measurement method for N2Oemissions is required. The German ordinance on bio-logical waste treatment facilities (30thBImSchV)

40、 es-tablishes, for example, a permissible upper limit forN2O emission of 100 g/t of waste as a monthly mean.The mass concentration of N2O shall not exceed0,15 mg/m3in exhaust gases of coal-fired fluidisedbed combustion plants according to 5.4.1.2.1 of TALuft; according to 5.4.4.1m.1 of TA Luft the l

41、imit va-lue for nitric acid production plants is 0,80 mg/m3.Under usual conditions of measurement, N2O is astable chemical compound. Problems may arise fromthe thermodynamically favoured reformation of N2Ofrom other components of exhaust gas 3 to 5.This guideline VDI 2469 Part 1 describes the measu-

42、rement of N2O using a manual gas chromatographicmethod. 44、en Abgasen nach VDI 3950 Blatt 1 einge-setzt werden.2 Grundlage des VerfahrensDas Probengas wird ber ein Probenahmesystem ausdem Abgaskanal entnommen. Zur Entfernung derStrkomponenten SO2und Wasser wird das Proben-gas ber Sorptionsmedien geleitet. Die Probenahmeerfolgt mit einem Gassammelbeutel. Aus

45、 dem Gas-sammelbeutel wird eine Teilprobe entnommen. 49、cording to VDI 3950 Part 1.2 PrincipleThe sample gas is extracted from the exhaust gas ductvia a sampling system. To remove the interferingcomponents SO2and water, the sample gas is passedover sorption media. Sampling is performed using agas sampling bag. A portion of the sample is taken offfrom the gas sampling bag. After gas chromato-graphic separation, N2O is determined using an elec-tron capture detector (ECD).3 Apparatus and materials
