2、sion: “The European Conference of Posts and Telecommunications Administrations, considering - that digital line sections and digital line systems are used within national networks as well as for the international interconnection of national networks, - that the installation and operation of digital

3、sections and line systems from different origins require that they should be standardized, - that the relevant CCITT existing Recommendations contain various options and differences which are necessary on a worldwide basis, - that the CEPT Administrations support the harmonization of telecommunicati

4、on equipment and systems which could lead to a reduction in the development and production costs for the manufacturers supplying equipment to several countries, O recommends that the members of the CEPT adhere to the specifications for digital sections and line systems at 2,048,8,448,34,368, 139,264
