I. 1 Longitudinal test TABLE 3 Dimensions in millimetres 8.1.1.2 Transverse test When this test is specified in the material standard the test specimen shall be selected as in the Annex A, figures

15、 6 to 9. 8.1.2 Section 8.1.2.1 Longitudinal test For sections whose minor dimension in the thickest part are : - - 40 mm, see Annex A, figure 11. 8.1.2.2 Transverse test When this test is specified in the material standard the location of the test specimen shall be defined by the purchaser. 17、sile tests shall conform to the requirements of EN2002-1. For products with a thickness 25 mm, with rectangular cross section having a width - 25 mm. - Section : If 1 heir shape and dimensions make such measurement possible. Testing shall be in accordance with

21、EN2002-7. The number and location of measurements per product shall be : - length - 4,5 m : both ends. The va.lues obtained shall conform with any values specified in the material standard. The product of lowest hardness shall be selected for the tensile test. 10 Back end deffect and peripheral coar

22、se grain zone Unless otherwise agreed, the back end of every extruded letgth shall be macrographically examined with respect to back end defects and, if required by the material standard, peripheral coarse grain. The “capability clause“ may be applied to these requirements with the agreement of the

23、purchaser. The maximum thickness of peripheral coarse grain zone for bar and regular solid section shall be in accordance with table 5, level A or B as specified by the material standard.
