2、 2010 and becomes EFFECTIVE AS OF 1 JANUARY 2011. Notes - The date in the parentheses means the date that

3、 the Rule becomes effective for new construction based on the contract date for construction. (See 1-1-4/3.3 of the ABS Rules for Conditions of Classification (Part 1).) (Revise first paragraph of Section 3, as follows.) 3 Plans and Data (2011) Relevant plans and data are to be submitted for approval. Plans should generally be submitted electronically to ABS. However, hard copies will also be accepted. The plans and specifications are to include the following. (3.1 through 3.9 remain unchanged.)
