Einleitung Im Rahmen von Fabrikplanungsprojekten ist es im Sinne des Projekterfolgs besonders wichtig, direkt zu Beginn des Projekts bereinstimmung hinsicht-lich des Charakt

13、ers der neu zu erstellenden Fabrik zwischen dem Bauherrn und den Fachplanern zu schaffen. In dieser Richtlinie wird ein morphologi-sches Modell der Fabrik zur Zielfestlegung in der Fabrikplanung im Folgenden kurz morphologi-sches Modell“ genannt beschrieben, um dieses gemeinsame Verstndnis herzustel

14、len. Dazu defi-niert das morphologische Modell unterschiedliche Gestaltungsfelder und deren Gestaltungsobjekte mit ihren mglichen Ausprgungen. Introduction In factory planning projects, it is particularly im-portant in the interest of project success to reach an agreement between the factory owner a

15、nd the tech-nical planners concerning the character of the new factory right at the very start. This standard de-scribes a morphological model of the factory for the purpose of setting objectives in factory plan-ning hereinafter “morphological model” that is suitable for building a common understand

16、ing. To this end, the morphological model defines different design fields including design objects with their possible execution variants. 1 Anwendungsbereich Die Richtlinie beschreibt, wie das morphologische Modell anzuwenden und zu erweitern ist. Dem Anwender wird eine Grundstruktur zur Verfgung g

Einordnung in das Phasenmodell der Fabrikplanung Das morphologische Modell wird in Phase 1 der Fabrikplanung der Zielfestlegung gem Bild 1 eingesetzt und ist fr alle Arten von Fa-brikplanungsprojekten geeignet. Nutzen Das morphologische Modell dient dem Zweck, den Fachplanern und dem Bauherrn zu Beginn der Zielfestlegung bewusst zu machen, welche Aus-prgungen und spezifischen Besonderheiten die zuknftige Fabrik aufweisen muss. 24、es Modells werden die Freiheitsgrade der Planung entsprechend dem geforderten Nutzen eingegrenzt. The morphological model serves for defining the factory objectives. It builds on the analysis of cor-porate objectives and general constraints and pro-vides the basis for the planning result evaluation

Benefit Applying the morphological model when setting the objectives helps to make both the factory owner and the technical planners aware of the design de-tails and specific features they intend the factory to have. Using the model puts a limit to the degrees of freedom during planning,

40、dung Im Rahmen eines Workshops werden alle Gestal-tungsfelder mit ihren entsprechenden Gestaltungs-objekten und den jeweiligen Ausprgungen im Planungsteam systematisch entwickelt und disku-tiert. Die Vorstellungen und Anforderungen des Bauherrn sowie die daraus resultierenden Konse-quenzen werden mi

41、t den Rahmenbedingungen der Fachplaner zur Deckung gebracht. Die Anwendung des morphologischen Modells gliedert sich in folgende Schritte: a) Festlegung der zu betrachtenden Gestaltungsob-jekte sowie deren Detaillierung in den Gestal-tungsfeldern b) Festlegung der mglichen Ausprgungen der Gestaltung

42、sobjekte c) Definition von Varianten aus Ausprgungs-kombinationen d) Interpretation der Varianten gem den Unter-nehmenszielen und Rahmenbedingungen e) Auswahl der Vorzugsvariante als Zielvorgabe Bei der Diskussion steht die Vorstellung der grundstzlichen Mglichkeiten, nicht die detaillier-te Planung

43、stiefe im Vordergrund. Ein ausschlagge-bender Punkt der erfolgreichen Anwendung ist neben der Teilnahme der entsprechenden Fachpla-ner der Beitrag der entscheidenden Fhrungskrfte aller relevanten Unternehmensbereiche des Nut-zers. 4.3 Struktur und Aufbau des morpholo-gischen Modells zur Zielfestlegu

44、ng Folgende drei Gestaltungsfelder bilden die Grund-lage fr das morphologische Modell: 1) Organisation 2) Technik 3) Immobilie Die Gestaltungsobjekte, die jeweils die drei Gestal-tungsfelder detaillieren, sind beispielhaft (Bild 3) genannt und knnen nach Bedarf erweitert und/ oder angepasst werden.

45、Je nach Branche und An-wendungsfall sind entsprechende Ergnzungen vorzunehmen, um die projektspezifischen Beson-derheiten abzubilden. Die Gestaltungsobjekte beschreiben die Erschei-nungsformen der entsprechenden Gestaltungsfel-der. Dabei gilt es zu bercksichtigen, dass zwi-schen den Gestaltungsobjek

46、ten Interdependenzen bestehen, was zum Ausschluss bestimmter Kombi-nationen von Ausprgungen der Gestaltungsobjek-te fhren kann. Darber hinaus knnen je nach Anwendungsfall die Gestaltungsobjekte verschie-den detailliert gegliedert werden. 4.2 Use During a workshop, the planning team develops and disc

48、logical model: a) definition of the design objects to be investigat-ed and their details in the design fields b) definition of possible execution variants of the design objects c) definition of possible variant combinations d) interpretation of the variants in accordance with the corporate objective

49、s and general constraints e) selection of the preferred variant and making it the planning objective In this discussion, the focus is put on introducing the basic options and possibilities, not on a high degree of planning detail. A critical prerequisite for a successful use of this model is to include the corresponding technical planners and also the input of decision-makers of all relevant divisions on the users comp
