REQUIREMENTSThe resin system to be delivered shall meet the general requirements in accordance with AMS2980/1 and the requirements of this PS and the relevant Appendix of PRI QPL AMS2980 of the material to be purchased.5. RELEASE TESTING5.1 Test ReportThe

18、 resin manufacturer shall test each resin batch in accordance with Table 1 and the sampling plan in paragraph 5.5. 22、ation and may reject any material which fails to meet the requirements.5.2 Manufacturer Additional Inspection5.2.1 Conformance to WeightThe base resin and curing agent shall be inspected for conformance to paragraph 6.2 h.5.2.2 Inspection of PackagingThe manufacturer shall perform inspections as nec

23、essary to assure that the packaging, packing, preservation and shipment requirements are in accordance with Section 6.5.3 RetestThis section specifies batch release retest by the resin manufacturer. If a sample unit fails to meet the requirements of this specification and/or the relevant Appendix of

24、 PRI QPL AMS2980, a review of all test results, test procedures, test equipment, specimen manufacturing and test specimen(s) shall be performed. If a cause for the deviation is found, a retest of the property that has failed shall be performed.New samples may be taken from different containers and t

25、he resin shall be retested one time.The results of the original test, together with those of the retest and the reasons for the first failure, shall be included in the resin release test report.5.4 RejectionAny failure of the resin system to meet the batch release requirements of this specification

26、shall be cause for rejection.5.5 SamplingThe sampling plan for batch release testing shall be specified in the relevant Appendix of PRI QPL AMS2980. This sampling plan shall be a part of the PCD.6. PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY6.1 PackingThe base resin and curing agent shall be packaged in containers dif

27、ferent in size and/or form to minimize risk of erroneous exchange.6.2 MarkingThe base resin and curing agent containers shall be legibly and durably marked in such a manner and location that it remains in place until all material has been used.Markings shall include but not be limited to the followi

30、be agreed to between the purchaser and material manufacturer.Storage life extension procedures may be described in the relevant Appendix of PRI QPL AMS2980.7.
