SCOPE 1.1 shall receiv
2、e the three-frequency OMEGA transmissions and transmit, in digital fom, the sine and cosine correlations of these signals to an associated Computer. Scope - The equipment covered by this specification 1.2 Classification - The equipment covered in this specifi- cation shall consist of the following i

REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Preproduction - This specification makes provisions for preproduction testing. 3.2 Parts and Materials - In the selection of parts and materi
15、als fulfillment of major design objectives shall be the prime consideration. In so doing, the following shall govern: (1) Microelectronic Technology shall be considered, and microelectronic items shall conform to requirements specified herein. Part II of WR-101 shall be used as a guide. (2) Other pa
16、rts and materials requirements shall conform to Specification KIL-E-5400. 18、s and Materials Approval - Approval for the use of nonstandard parts and materials (including electron tubes, transistors and diodes) other than microelectronic devices shall be obtained as outlined in Specification MIL-E-5400, devices shall be approved as outlined in AR-5. 22、.1 Total Weight - The total weight of the equipment, excluding cables, shall be a minimum consistent with good design and shall not exceed 37.85, pounds. 3.3.2 Reliability - The contractor shall conduct a reli- ability program using MIL-STD-785 as a guide. supplier who has previously produced the eq
23、uipment, the program pre- viously used may be continued unless otherwise indicated in the con- tract or order.
