2、th in a series of engineering cost models developed in response to a Marine Corps requirement for a life cycle cost model which can be used in joint Service acquisition programs to insure that each Services life cycle costs be considered. The current Model described by this handbook reflects continu

3、ing participation by analysts from all Services and industry to develop a model which is equally appropriate and convenient for all analysts and decision makers who must prepare or use life cycle cost estimates. 2, The Models basic cost element structure is derived from MIL-STD-881, SD Cost Analysis

5、del will accept the command “Rn“ or a carriage return as the command to exit the current command level and return to the previous or calling command level. This procedure will work until the user has returned to the main or master command level. 43.1.2 _Carriaae return as data . The carriage return

6、is used to tell the Model to process a lhe of data. The Model will not process an entry until the carriage return is given to give the user a chance to make changes with the delete character or line functions. When editing, a carriage return in response to the Models request for data will leave exis
