9、 und Konstruktion genehmigt sein, ehe eine Lieferung erfolgen kann. Bei beabsichtigter Abweichung von dieser Vorschrift oder von den bisher freigegebenen Mustern ist der Hersteller verpflichtet, unaufgefordert den Abnehmer mit einer Dokumentation ber alle vorgesehenen Vernderungen zu informieren. In the event of any intentional deviations from the requirements of this specification or the previously released samples, it is the sole responsibili

Upon request the supplier shall submit samples of the changed version for reapproval by Product Engineering Department prior to commencement of delivery of deviant bulk supplies.
