9、ics QU 000000 Regulation for Permissibility of Harzardous Materials QU 000001 Requirements for Fulfilling of Environmental Protection Laws 1 Scope This specification describes the general requirements for re-used cotton/PP carrier materials, which shall be used in interior compartment of vehicles. 2

10、 Note Samples of components or material released to this specification shall be tested for conformity with the requirements of this specification and approved by Product Engineering prior to commencement of delivery of bulk supplies. In the event of any intentional deviations from the requirements o

11、f this specification or the previously released samples, it is the sole responsibility of the supplier to inform the purchaser unsolicited with a documentation of all such deviations. Upon request the supplier shall submit samples of the changed version for reapproval by Product Engineering prior to

12、 commencement of delivery of deviant bulk supplies. For an appointed period of time, the traceability of the parameter of this specification shall be guaranteed by the manufacturer. 3 Number and Size of Test Pieces Unless otherwise specified in the relevant test method for the property concerned, ei

13、ther the complete component or a section therefrom shall be used for test piece. For initial sample approval shall be presented at least 3 test pieces. 4 Conditioning The test pieces shall be produced immediately upon receipt of the parts or materials to be tested. Testing shall commence directly af

14、terwards. Test pieces shall not be conditioned. In the event that testing cannot begin straight away, the test pieces or parts to undergo testing shall be wrapped in an impermeable, odourless material such as aluminium foil until testing begins. In this way, the as received or installation condition

15、 is checked. 17、eausstattung QU 000000 Regelung ber die Zulssigkeit von gefhrlichen Stoffen QU 000001 Anforderungen zur Erfllung von Umweltschutzgesetzen 1 Zweck Diese Prfvorschrift beschreibt die allgemeinen Anforderungen an Reibaumwolle/PP-Trgerwerkstoffe, die im Innenraum von Kraftfahrzeugen zum Einsatz kommen.

18、2 Bemerkung Freigabemuster, fr die diese Vorschrift zutrifft, mssen nach dieser Vorschrift geprft werden und von der Produktentwicklung genehmigt sein, ehe eine Lieferung erfolgen kann. Bei beabsichtigter Abweichung von dieser Vorschrift oder von den bisher freigegebenen Mustern ist der Hersteller v

19、erpflichtet, unaufgefordert den Abnehmer mit einer Dokumentation ber alle vorgesehenen Vernderungen zu informieren. Auf Anforderung sind Prfmuster in der genderten Ausfhrung zur erneuten Bemusterung und Genehmigung durch die Produktentwicklung vorzulegen, bevor die Abweichung in der Lieferung einset

20、zen kann. Die Rckverfolgbarkeit wird vom Hersteller fr einen vereinbarten Zeitraum sichergestellt. 3 Probekrper und Probenanzahl Falls in den Prfverfahren der zu prfenden Eigenschaften nicht anders angegeben sind entweder das Fertigteil oder geeignete Abschnitte davon als Probekrper zu verwenden. Fr

21、 Erstbemusterungen sind mindestens 3 Teile vorzustellen. 4 Probenvorbehandlung Die Probekrper sind sofort bei Anlieferung der zu prfenden Teile bzw. Werkstoffe herzustellen. Sofort danach ist mit der Durchfhrung der Prfung zu beginnen. Eine Probenvorbehandlung erfolgt nicht. Falls die Prfung nicht s

22、ofort begonnen werden kann, sind die Probekrper oder die zu prfenden Teile in eine undurchlssige, geruchsneutrale Umhllung, wie z.B. Aluminiumfolie bis zum Prfungsbeginn einzupacken. Damit ist sichergestellt, da der Anlieferungszustand bzw. Einbauzustand berprft wird. ENGINEERING STANDARDS EUROPE TE

Probenanzahl, Abweichungen bezglich der Herstellung und der Abmessungen der Probekrper) mssen vereinbart werden. Diese Bedingungen sind auf den Teilzeichnungen vorgeschrieben bzw. mssen in Prfzeugnissen, Berichten und dergleichen angegeben werden.
