37、n of itsprovisions is entrusted to appropriately qualified and experienced persons.This standardrecognizesthe internationally accepted levelof protection against hazardssuchas electrical, mechanical, thermal,fire and radiat ion of appliances when operated as in normal use taking intoaccount the manu

38、facturers instructions. It also coversabnormalsituations thatcan be expectedinpractice and takes into account the way in whichelectromagnetic phenomena can affect the safe operation of appliances.This standard takes into accountthe requirements of IEC 60364 as far as possible sothatthere is compatib

39、ilitywith the wiring ruleswhen the appliance is connected to the supply mains. However, national wiring rules may differ.If an appliance within the scope of this standard also incorporates functions that are coveredfar as is reasonable. If applicable, the influence of one function on the other is ta
