Based on the results of parallel voting, ISO 5764:2009 has been adopted as a European Standard. In this standard, the unit “mC” (millidegree Celsius) is used. It shou
6、ld, however, be noted that the Gesetz ber Einheiten im Messwesen (German Law on units in metrology) prohibits the use of the unit “mC” for official and commercial purposes in Germany.
