Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 12953-3:2002-08 as follows: a) normative references have been updated; b) Clause 3 “Terms and definitions” has been supplemented; c) Subclause 5.5 dealing with the thermal design of furnace tubes has been revised; d) Clause 6 “Calculation tempera
7、ture and nominal design stress” has been revised; e) Clause 8 covering openings and branches in cylindrical shells has been revised; f) Clause 10 covering supported flat plates, stays and stiffeners has been revised; g) Subclause 12.3.2 “Departure from circularity of the tube bends” has been revised
8、; h) Subclause 12.4 “Smoke tubes” has been revised; i) a normative Annex B dealing with the calculation of the maximum and the middle furnace wall temperature has been added; j) the former Annex ZA regarding the relationship between this European Standard and the Essential Requirements of EU Directi
