It is identical with ISO 6078 “Black tea Vocabulary”, prepare

10、d by sub-committee 8, Tea, of Technical Committee 34, Agricultural food products, and published in 1982 by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The UK provides the Secretariat for the sub-committee. The French text of the International Standard has been retained in this standard

11、 because of its usefulness in dealing with tea exports to French speaking countries. Terminology and conventions. The text of the International Standard has been approved as suitable forpublication as a British Standard without deviation. Some terminology and certain conventions are not identical wi

12、th those used in British Standards; attention is drawn especially to the following. Wherever the words “International Standard” appear, referring to this standard, they should be read as “British Standard”. Additional information.
