On the other hand, the large-scale expanding enrollment of college and university can result in the decline of teaching quality and postgraduates quality. For example, many companies find that the overall quality of postgraduates

17、 is a far cry from what they have originally expected. Therefore, it is quite clear that the expansion of national postgraduate enrollment has merits as well as demerits.
