The general requirements for pipe and tube are coveredby Specification B829.1.1.1 UNS N06625 products are furnished in two grades ofdifferent heat-treated conditions:1.1.1.1 Grade 1 (annealed)Material is normally employedin service temperatures up to 1100F (593C).1.1.1.2 Grade 2 (solution anneal
5、ed)Material is normallyemployed in service temperatures above 1100F (593C) whenresistance to creep and rupture is required.NOTE 1Hot-working or reannealing may change propertiessignificantly, depending on working history and temperatures.1.1.2 Alloys UNS N06219 and UNS N06852 are supplied inthe solu
6、tion annealed condition only.1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regardedas standard. One test is required for each lot as definedin Specification B829.5.2 If a product (check) analysis is performed by thepurchaser, the material shall conform to the p

Mechanical Properties and Other Requirements6.1 Tension TestThe material shall conform to the tensileproperties specified in Table 1. The sampling and specimenpreparation are as covered in Specification B829.6.2 Hydrostatic or Non
21、destructive Electric TestEach pipeor tube shall be subjected to either the hydrostatic test or to thenondestructive electric test. The type of test to be used shall beat the option of the manufacturer, unless otherwise specified inthe purchase order.7. Dimensions and Permissible Variations7.1 Permis
22、sible variations for material specified as small-diameter and light-wall tube (converter size) shall conform tothe permissible variations prescribed in Table X1.1 and TableX1.2.8.
