2、y 1981, and is approved for use by the US Airmy Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command and is available for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense. A material that has been found satisfactory for use in this explosiv

6、e composition is FPC 461 made by Firestone Plastics Co. (formerly designated as Exon 461). FPC 461 is a copolymer of trifluorochloroethylyne and vinyl chloride. Use of VC Copolymer from another source shoul be evaluated by U.S. Army Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command, DRDAR-QAR-R, before being

7、 approved as an equivalent.“ and substitute: Vinyl Chloride Copolymer. A material that has been found satisfactory for use in this explosive composition is Oxy-461 made by Occidental Chemical (formerly designated as Exon 461 and FPC 461). Oxy-461 is a copolymer of trifluorochloroethylyne and vinyl c

8、hloride. Use of VC Copolymer from another source should be evaluated by U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center, SMCAR-QAR-R, before being approved as an equivalent. It NOTE: The margins of this amendment are marked with an asterisk or vertical line to indicate where changes

9、(additions, modifications, corrections, deletions) from the previous amendment were made. This was done as a convenience only and the Government assumes no liability whatsoever for any inaccuracies in these notations. Bidders and contractors are cautioned to evaluate the requirement of this document based on the entire content irrespective of the marginal notations and relationship to the last previous amendment.
