AMERICAN NATIONAL STANDARD Approval of an American National Standard requires review by ANSI that the requirements for due process, consensus, and other criteria for a

6、pproval have been met by the standards developer. Consensus is established when, in the judgment of the ANSI Board of Standards Review, substantial agreement has been reached by directly and materially affected interests. Substantial agreement means much more than a simple majority, but not necessar

13、rty as indicated in 6.1.3, if the parked call was initially outgoing from the Parking Party. However, if the parked call was initially incoming to the Parking Party, the Calling Party number information element shall be coded with the DN information of the Parked Party in accordance with ANSI T1.625;- The Called party number information element shall be coded with the Parking DN;- The Redirecting number information element shall be coded with the Parked DN value; the various fields of the Redirecting number information element (i.e., octets 3, 3a, and 3b) shall be coded as indicated in 6.1.3;
