Einleitung Technische Prozesse im gesamten Lebenslauf technischer Systeme ingenieurgem zu modellie-ren und mit den modernen Mitteln der Informatik zu beschreiben, ist eine industriell wichtige Her-ausfo

13、rderung, der sich der Gemeinschaftsausschuss Formale Prozessbeschreibung“ der NAMUR (In-teressengemeinschaft Prozessleittechnik der che-mischen und verfahrenstechnischen Industrie) und der VDI/VDE-Gesellschaft Mess- und Automati-sierungstechnik (GMA) erfolgreich stellt. 17、l processes in engineer-ing terms throughout the life cycle of technical systems and their description, using modern infor-mation technology tools, is an important challenge for the industry which is successfully taken up by the “Formal process description” committee of NAMUR (user association of pr

18、ocess control tech-nology in chemical and pharmaceutical industries) and the VDI/VDE-Gesellschaft Mess- und Auto-matisierungstechnik (VDI/VDE Society for Meas-urement and Automatic Control, GMA). The re-sults of several years of work are incorporated in this standard whose conception as regards mode

19、l-ling and formalising is presented using an object-oriented description, very close to the standard VDI/VDE 3861 concerning description methods for process control engineering and automation. In the context of a further revision of the standard, the main attention was given to the expansion of the

20、language scope and the practical applicability of the Description using CV in technical systems. 22、Der betrachtete Prozess wird in VDI/VDE 3682 Blatt 1 zunchst grafisch durch ein Netz beschrie-ben, in dem prozesstechnisch definierte Zustnde und Prozessoperatoren ber gerichtete Kanten verbunden sind. Durch den Prozessoperator wird ein Zustand ante in einen Zustand post berfhrt. Dieser einfachen gr

23、afischen, prozessorientierten Darstellung wird ein Informationsmodell unterlegt, das mithilfe von UML-Klassendiagrammen die Objekte, ihre Attribute und ihre Relationen be-schreibt (siehe Abschnitt 4 und Abschnitt 5). So wird die Integration von ingenieurgemer Pro-zesssicht und informatikorientierter

24、 Beschreibung in einem standardisierten universellen und konfi-gurierbaren (das heit strukturierbaren und para-metrierbaren) Informationsmodell ermglicht. Die zugehrige informationstechnische Verwaltung und Darstellung, inklusive notwendiger Export- und Importprozeduren, erfolgt auf der Grundlage et

25、ablierter Reprsentationstechniken (siehe VDI/ VDE 3682 Blatt 3). Dies liefert die verbindliche Basis fr ein einheitliches Datenmodell, welches in Engineering-Werkzeugen implementiert und mit-tels Produktdatenaustausch auch von weiteren Computer-aided(CA)-Werkzeugen genutzt werden kann. Anhand von An

26、wendungsbeispielen aus der Pro-zess- und Fertigungsindustrie (siehe VDI/VDE 3682 Blatt 4 und Blatt 5) wird der Nutzen der Formali-sierten Prozessbeschreibung im Engineering-Prozess veranschaulicht. The process under consideration is described in VDI/VDE 3682 Part 1 graphically by a grid in which sta

27、tes and process operators that are defined in process engineering are united via directed edg-es. A status ante is transferred to a status post via the process operator. This simple graphical process oriented pattern is represented by an information model which primarily describes the objects, their

28、 attributes and relations with the help of UML clas-sification diagrams (see Section 4 and Section 5). So the integration of engineering and computer science point of view according to process-oriented description in a standardised universal and config-ured (i.e. structurable and parameterisable) in

29、for-mation model is possible. The associated infor-mation technology administration and representa-tion, including the necessary export and import procedures carried out on the basis of established techniques of representation (see VDI/VDE 3682 Part 3). This provides the mandatory basis for a unifie

30、d data model that can be implemented in engineering tools and used by product-data ex-change from other computer aided (CA) tools. Using application examples of the process and manufacturing industries (see VDI/VDE 3682 Part 4 and Part 5), the benefits of formalised process de-scription in the engin

37、llt (siehe auch 1). Im Einzelnen werden die in Bild 1 aufge-fhrten Symbole verwendet. Diese Notation dient als eindeutige Referenz fr die folgenden Abbil-dungen zum Informationsmodell. Zunchst werden die fr die grafische Prozess-beschreibung eingefhrten Objekte (siehe VDI/ VDE 3682 Blatt 1, Bild 4)

38、zueinander in Bezie-hung gesetzt. Bild 2 zeigt das entsprechende Klassendiagramm. Dadurch werden die Assoziatio-nen deutlich. Produkte, Energien und Informatio-nen flieen in den Prozessoperator hinein, respek-tive hinaus. Der Prozessoperator liegt innerhalb einer Systemgrenze und nutzt Technische Re

39、ssour-cen. Durch die Aggregation (besteht aus“) wird dargestellt, dass ein Prozessoperator wiederum aus Prozessoperatoren einer tieferen funktionalen Stufe bestehen kann die Basis fr die Dekomposition. 5 Informationsmodell der Objekte der Formalisierten Prozessbeschreibung Allgemein gibt es fr die O

40、bjekte (= Instanzen) der Formalisierten Prozessbeschreibung, Produkte, Energien, Informationen, Prozessoperatoren und Technische Ressourcen, zwei Arten von Attribu-ten: die Kennzeichnung und die Merkmale. Repr-sentativ fr alle Objekte wird die Attribuierung in Bild 3 veranschaulicht. 5.1 Kennzeichnu

41、ng Die Kennzeichnung dient zur eindeutigen Identifi-kation von Objekten und deren Merkmalen im Lebenszyklus einer Prozessbeschreibung. Sie be-sitzt gem IEC 61360-1 ein eindeutiges Ident (Code“), einen Langnamen (Preferred name“ bzw. Synonymous name“) und einen Kurznamen (Coded name“). Des Weiteren w

42、erden an dieser Stelle Verweise auf Produkte, Energien, Informa-tionen, Prozessoperatoren, Technische Ressourcen (z. B. DIN V 19259, AKZ, NE 100) und das Sys-tem eingetragen sowie eine Versionsnummer und eine Revisionsnummer. Eine neue Version ent-steht, wenn sich die Ausprgung der Attribute eines O

43、bjekts ndert. Die Revisionsnummer be-schreibt eine akkreditierte Version. Die Kennzeichnung hat also die in Bild 4 gezeig-te Struktur, kann darber hinaus aber durch weitere identifizierende Attribute ergnzt werden. 4 Information model of the formalised process description The information model is pr

44、imarily represented by UML classification diagrams (see also 1). The listed symbols are used in detail in Figure 1. This notation is used as a unique reference for the fol-lowing illustrations for the information model. Firstly, the objects introduced for the graphical project description (see VDI/V

45、DE 3682 Part 1, Figure 4) are related to each other. Figure 2 shows the corresponding classification diagram. The associations thereby become clear. Products, energies and information flow in or out of the pro-cess operator. The process operator lies within a system limit and uses technical resource

It is shown by the aggregating (“consists of”) that a process operator in turn can consist of process operators of a lower functional level the basis for decomposition. 5 Information model of objects of the formalised process description Generally, there are for the objects (= instances) of the f

47、ormalized process description, products, ener-gy, information, process operators and technical resources, two types of attributes: their identifica-tion and their characteristics. Representative of all objects is the attribution illustrated in Figure 3. 5.1 Identification The labelling is used to un

48、iquely identification of objects and their features in the life cycle of a pro-cess description. According to IEC 61360-1, it has a unique identification (“Code”), a long name (“preferred name” or “Synonymous name”) and a short name (“Coded name”). Furthermore, at this point references to products,

49、energy, information, process operators, technical resources (e.g. DIN V 19259, AFI, NE 100) and the system as well as a version number and a revision number are entered. A new version is created when a change in the expression of the attributes of an object occurs. The revision number describes an accredited ver-sion.
