Einleitung Raumluftqualitt in Schulen wird in letzter Zeit verstrkt diskutiert/errtert. Beim Neubau oder

11、der Sanierung werden hufig nur energetische Aspekte bercksichtigt, die dazu fhren, dass sich die Raumluftqualitt in Schulen verschlechtert. Um die Raumluftqualitt in Schulen zu verbessern, wurde diese Richtlinie erarbeitet. Sie gibt mit konkreten Anforderungen und Ausfhrungshinweisen eine Hilfestell

12、ung fr Architekten und Planer. 13、ols has recently be-come the subject of increasing attention and dis-cussion. Where schools are newly erected or mod-ernised, frequently only energy aspects are taken into consideration, as a result of which the indoor air quality in school deteriorates. This guideline has been drafted in order to i

14、mprove the indoor air quality in schools. Providing specific requirements and practical guidance for execution, it offers an aid for architects and planners. The series of guidelines is structured as follows: Part 1 Requirements Part 2 Practical guidance (in preparation) A catalogue of all available

15、 parts of this series of guidelines can be accessed on the internet at www.vdi.de/6040. 1 Anwendungsbereich Diese Richtlinie beschreibt die Anforderungen an die Raumkonditionen in Unterrichts- und Aufent-haltsrumen in allgemein- und berufsbildenden Schulen, in denen Schler regelmig unterrichtet oder

16、 beaufsichtigt werden. Darunter fallen die operative Raumtemperatur, Raumluftfeuchte und stoffliche Zusammensetzung der Raumluft. Die Anforderungen gelten fr maschinell und frei be-lftete Rume. Die Themen Licht, Raumakustik und Raumgestaltung werden nicht behandelt. Fr spezielle technische Bereiche

17、in Schulgebu-den (z. B. Laboratorien, naturwissenschaftliche Fachrume) gelten weitere gesetzliche und techni-sche Regelungen, auf die in dieser Richtlinie nicht weiter eingegangen wird. 1 Scope This guideline specifies the requirements in terms of indoor conditions in classrooms and occupied rooms i

18、n general-education and vocational-training schools where students are taught or supervised on a regular basis. These conditions include the opera-tive room temperature, room air humidity and chemical composition of the indoor air. The re-quirements are applicable to rooms with mechani-cal and natur

19、al ventilation. The topics light, room acoustics and interior design are not covered. Additional legal provisions and technical specifica-tions apply to special technical areas in school buildings (for instance laboratories, classrooms for natural sciences); such provisions and specifica-tions are n

28、mische und lufthygienische Konditionen Ziel ist es, den Raumnutzern Raumkonditionen zur Verfgung zu stellen, die keine gesundheitlichen Beeintrchtigungen verursachen, keine Befindlich-keitsstrungen hervorrufen und eine volle krperli-che und geistige Leistungsfhigkeit ermglichen. Zur Auslegung der Ru

29、me wird die Kategorie II nach EN 15251 angesetzt, die ein normales Ma an Erwartungen an neue und sanierte Gebude be-schreibt. 4.1 Operative Raumtemperatur Die operative Raumtemperatur betrgt mindestens 20 C und maximal 26 C in Abhngigkeit der Auentemperatur. Dabei wird vorausgesetzt, dass die Nutzer

30、 keiner direkten Sonnenstrahlung ausge-setzt sind. Weitere Festlegungen werden in EN 15251 getrof-fen. 4 Requirements in terms of thermal and air-hygiene conditions It is desirable that the occupants of a room are offered room conditions which cause neither health impairments nor discomfort and allo

31、w full physical and mental performance. Category II as per EN 15251, describing a normal level of expectancy for new and modernised build-ings, is taken as a basis for the design of the rooms. 4.1 Operative room temperature The operative temperature is no less than 20 C and no more than 26 C dependi

32、ng on outdoor temperature. These values are based on the as-sumption that occupants are not exposed to direct solar radiation. Further specifications are made in EN 15251. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass nasse Oberbe-kleidung (z. B. Jacken) nicht im Klassenraum auf-bewahrt wird und dass durch die Gebudereini-gung keine erhh

34、te Feuchtebelastung in der Nut-zungszeit auftritt. 4.3 Kohlendioxidkonzentration Als kennzeichnenden physikalischen Parameter fr die stoffliche Luftqualitt wird die Kohlendioxid-konzentration (CO2-Konzentration) angesetzt. Die-ser Ansatz ist ausreichend, wenn die Schadstoff-freisetzung primr durch d

35、ie Nutzer erfolgt, also nicht durch Bau- und Einrichtungsmaterialien. Damit wird hier ein schadstoffarmes Gebude un-terstellt (siehe EN 15251, Anhang C). Das Ziel ist erfllt, wenn whrend der Nutzungs-zeit des einzelnen Unterrichtsraums in dessen Anforderungszone eine CO2-Konzentration von 1000 ppm n

36、icht ber-schritten wird. Diese wird als lufthygienisch unbedenklich eingeschtzt. Werte der CO2-Konzentration 1000 ppm und 2000 ppm gelten als nicht ak-zeptabel. Die Konzentrationen verstehen sich als zeitlich gewichtete durchschnittliche Konzentrationen ber die Dauer einer Unterrichtsstunde (45 min)

37、. Dabei wird eine Auenluftkonzentration von 400 ppm CO2unterstellt. 4.2 Room air humidity This guideline does not stipulate any requirements in terms of room air humidity. It is assumed that wet outerwear (such as coats or jackets) is not kept in classrooms, and that cleaning of the school building

38、is effected in such a way as to avoid increased humidity loads during times of use. 4.3 Carbon dioxide concentration The concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) is as-sumed to be indicative of the chemical quality of the air. This assumption is sufficient where pollut-ants emanate chiefly from room oc

39、cupants rather than from building materials and furnishings. This means that a low-pollution building (see EN 15251, Annex C) is assumed. The goal is achieved where during the time of use of the respective classroom a CO2concentra-tion of 1000 ppm is not exceeded in the occupied zone. This concentra

40、tion is deemed to be accept-able from the viewpoint of air hygiene. Carbon dioxide concentrations in excess of 1000 ppm up to 2000 ppm are deemed critical under hygiene aspects. Concentrations esceeding 2000 ppm are considered unacceptable. These concentrations are to be read as time-weighted averag

41、e concentrations during one lesson (45 min). An outdoor-air CO2concentration of 400 ppm is assumed.
