SCOPE1.1 FormThis specification covers one type
6、of Polyamide Type 6-6 (nylon) thermoplastic resin in the form of moldings and extrusions. 1.2 DefinitionNylon 6-6, also referred to as nylon 6,6, is a polyamide from nylon class. The polymer is made of hexamethylenediamineand adipic acid, which give nylon 6,6 a total of 12 carbon atoms in each repea
7、ting unit, and its name.1.3 ApplicationThese products have been used typically for parts requiring high strength and resistance to aircraft fuels and lubricants up to 248 F (120 C), but usage is not limited to such applications. Users should test to confirm fluid compatibility at the systems maximum
8、 operating temperature before proceeding with part performance testing.1.4 Safety - Hazardous MaterialsWhile the materials, methods, applications, and processes described or referenced in this specification may involve the use of hazardous materials, this specification does not address the hazards w
