22、ction testing.- The following tests shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of 4.3. 4.2.3.1 Hydrostatic pressure.- Each outside, telescoping and inside tube shall be subjected to an internal hydrostatic pressure. any tube to comply with the requirements of 3.2 shall be cause for rejecti

29、gnetic effects by placing the catapult 6 inches from and at the sme height, as the compass, in a north-south horizontal position (tube stop ring end at south) with the compass set in an east-west heading. The cata- pult shall be moved slowly past the compass in a longitudinal direction for its entir

NOTES 6.1 Ordering data.- Procurement documents should specify the title, number and date of this specification. 6.2 A mechanical failuse is defined as any deformation

35、he speci- fied protective finish re-applied. 6.4.4 Block.- Remanufactured aluminum block shall have the existing P protective finish stripped and the specified protective finish re-applied on all surfaces of the rectangular section only, including the adjacent surfaces right angle to the rectangular

36、 section and mounting hole, and excluding the i/8 pipe thread and all other internal surfaces. 6.4.5 Exposure of base metal on all other aluminum components and surfaces shall be treated with a Chemical Fib, Grade A or B, Class 1, m-c-5541. 6.5 When remanufacturing and loading of assembly ase perfor
