The purpose of the Aircraft Accident Digest is to disseminate accident report information to Contractin

14、g States. Publication of the Digest began in 1951. Over the years States have reiterated their interest in the Digest not only as a valuable source of information for accident prevention, but also as a training aid for investigators and educational material for technical schools. Selection of accide

15、nts 2. Of The Digest contains accident reports selected by the Secretariat from those sent by States. Reports were selected on the basis a) their contribution to accident prevention; or b) the successful employment of useful or effective investigative techniques; and c) compliance with Annex 13 prov

16、isions including the format of the Final Report. The Digest should not be seen as being statistically representative of the world distribution of accidents. Editoral practices 3. The Final Reports are usually published as received. Accordingly, some deviations from standard ICAO editorial practices

17、may occur. Lengthy reports may be abbreviated by omitting redundant information, appendices, attachments or diagrams. Minor changes in presentation and terminology may be introduced to ensure compliance with Annex 13 provisions. Sta tes co-operation 4. be submitted in one of the working languages of

18、 ICAO, and in the format presented in the Appendix to Annex 13. States are encouraged to send to ICAO those Final Reports which meet the criteria of 6.12 in Annex 13. The reports must Digest publication The Digest is produced once each year and includes accidents and incidents which occurred during

Le recueil daccidents daviation a pour but de communiquer tous les tats contractants c

20、ertains renseignements sur les rapports daccidents. La publication du recueil a commenc en 1951. Au cours des annes, les Etats ont manifest plusieurs reprises leur intrt pour le recueil, parce quil constitue non seulement une source prcieuse dinformation pour la prvention des accidents, mais aussi u

21、ne aide de formation pour les enquteurs et un manuel ducatif pour les coles techniques. Slection des accidents 2. sur les critres suivants: Le recueil contient des rapports daccidents choisis par le Secrtariat parmi ceux communiqus par les tats. Ce choix repose a) intrt du rapport pour la prvention

22、des accidents; b) utilisation fructueuse de techniques denqute utiles ou efficaces; c) conformit aux spcifcations de lAnnexe 13, y compris celles concernant la prsentation du rapport final. Le prsent recueil ne saurait tre considr comme reprsentatif, du point de vue statistique, de la rpartition des

23、 accidents dans le monde. Nomes de rdaction 3. Les rapports finals sont gnralement publis tels quils sont regus. Par consquent, ils peuvent prsenter certaines diffrences par rapport aux normes OACI de rdaction. Certains rapports particulirement longs sont abrgs par lomission de renseignements redond

EI objeto de la Recopilacin de accidentes de aviacin es transmitir i

27、nformacin sobre accidentes a los Estados contratantes. La publicacin de esta serie se inici en 1951. Con el transcurso de los aos, los Estados han reiterado su inters por la Recopilacin, puesto que sta constituye no slo una valiosa fuente de datos para la prevencin de accidentes, sino tambin una ayu

28、da para la formacin de investigadores, y sirve asimismo de material didctico para las escuelas tcnicas. Seleccin de accidentes 2. se basa en los criterios siguientes: La Recopilacin contiene informes y accidentes elegidos por la Secretara de entre los que envan los Estados. La seleccin a) su aportac

29、in a la prevencin de accidentes; o b) el empleo con xito de tcnicas de investigacin consideradas tiles o eficaces; y c) el cumplimiento del Anexo 13 y tambin la forma de presentacin del Informe final. Desde el punto de vista estadstico, la Recopilacin no debe considerarse representativa de la distri

30、bucin mundial de los accidentes. Forma habitual de presentacin 3. Usualmente los informes finales se publican tal como se reciben. Por eso es posible que existan algunas discrepancias en relacin con la forma habitual de presentacin de la OACI. A veces, los informes extensos se abrevian eliminando in

31、formacin oficiosa, apndices, adjuntos o diagramas. Se pueden introducir pequeos cambios en la presentacin y la terminologa con miras a dar cumplimiento al Anexo 13. Cooperacin de los Estados 4. Se alienta a los Estados a que transmitan a la OACI nicamente los informes finales que satisfagan los crit

32、erios sealados en el prrafo 6.12 del Anexo 13. Los informes deben venir redactados en uno de los idiomas de trabajo de la OACI y del modo indicado en el Apndice al Anexo 13. Publicacin de las recopilaciones Las recopilaciones de accidentes se publican anualmente y contienen accidentes e incidentes o
