8、 interior surfaces. Usage for such labels include identification, information and decorative effects. Remark: Adhesive labels to this specification are not applied in the paint shop. 1.1 Two types of labels are specified: Type 1: covers labels of the so called “self destructive“ type, i. e. where an

9、y attempt to remove such labels from the substrate to which they are adhered, results in destruction of the labels. Type 2: covers all other types of labels designed to vehicles. 15、gelung zum FCKW-Halonverbot 1 Zweck Diese Vorschrift umfat die Anforderungen an Selbstklebeetiketten, die auf Innen- und Auenflchen der Fahrzeugkarosserie verwendet werden. Selbstklebeetiketten dienen zur Kennzeichnung, als Hinweis und fr dekorative Zwecke. Hinweis: Selbstklebeetiketten nach dieser

16、Spezifikation sind nicht in der Lackiererei zu verarbeiten. 1.1 Selbstklebeetiketten werden in folgenden Ausfhrungen verwendet: Ausfhrung 1: umfat alle Selbstklebeetiketten mit “Sollbruchprgung“. Diese Selbstklebeetiketten lassen sich nur durch Zerstren vom Untergrund, auf dem sie aufgeklebt sind, l

17、sen. Ausfhrung 2: umfat alle anderen Selbstklebeetiketten am Fahrzeug. 18、bdivided into two classes: Class A: covers labels used externally and within the engine compartment. Class B: covers labels used within the passenger compartment. 2 Note Samples of components or material released to this specification shall be tested for conformity with the requirements of this spec

19、ification and approved by Product Engineering Department prior to commencement of delivery of bulk supplies. In the event of any intentional deviations from the requirements of this specification or the previously released samples, it is the sole responsibility of the supplier to inform the purchase

20、r unsolicited with a documentation of all such deviations. Upon request the supplier shall submit samples of the changed version for reapproval by Product Engineering Department prior to commencement of delivery of deviant bulk supplies. 3 Test Pieces Complete labels shall be used as test pieces whe

21、rever possible. The number of test pieces shall be as per the appropriate test methods, or where no such details are given a minimum of three test pieces shall be tested for initial sample and arbitration purposes and a minimum of one test piece for routine quality control. 4 Conditioning Conditioni

22、ng, where required, shall be as specified in the relevant test methods for the property concerned. Test pieces however shall not be tested less than 72 hours after manufacture. 5 Apparatus 5.1 Apparatus as required by the appropriate test methods. 5.2 Test Panels Where in service labels are adhered

23、to organically coated sheet metal tests shall be conducted on labels which have been applied to specially prepared test panels. These shall be of (0,6 to 1,2) mm thick sheet steel to QS 1010 ZL or BS 1449: Part 1: 1972: CR 2/1 FF or CS 2/1 FF. The dimensions of the test panels shall be appropriate t

24、o the labels under test. The quality of the organic coating and its method of application shall be as per current final finish procedures appropriate to the envisaged application of the material under test. The organic coating shall be in accordance to the relevant material specification. For detail

25、s of current finish see GME S 0001. Prior to application of labels the coated test panels shall be allowed to condition for at least 48 hours at +23 C 5 K. 5.3 For substrates other than defined in clause 5.2 suitable sized test slabs of the relevant material shall be used. Klasse B: fr Innenteile. 2 Beme

27、rkung Freigabemuster, fr die diese Vorschrift zutrifft, mssen nach dieser Vorschrift geprft werden und von der Produktentwicklung und Konstruktion genehmigt sein, ehe eine Lieferung erfolgen kann. Bei beabsichtigter Abweichung von dieser Vorschrift oder von den bisher freigegebenen Mustern ist der H

28、ersteller verpflichtet, unaufgefordert den Abnehmer mit einer Dokumentation ber alle vorgesehenen Vernderungen zu informieren. Auf Anforderung sind Prfmuster in der genderten Ausfhrung zur erneuten Bemusterung und Genehmigung durch die Produktentwicklung und Konstruktion vorzulegen, bevor die Abweic

29、hung in der Lieferung einsetzen kann. 3 Probekrper Als Probekrper ist soweit mglich das Selbstklebeetikett zu verwenden. Wenn in den jeweiligen Prfverfahren nicht anders angegeben, sind bei Erstbemusterungen und in Schiedsfllen mindestens 3 Probekrper und zur laufenden Qualittsberwachung mindestens

30、1 Probekrper zu prfen. 4 Probenvorbehandlung Falls nicht anders angegeben, wird die Probenvorbehandlung entsprechend den jeweiligen Prfverfahren durchgefhrt. Die Probekrper sind nicht frher als 72 h nach der Herstellung zu prfen. 5 Prfgerte 5.1 Prfgerte entsprechend den jeweiligen Prfverfahren. 5.2

31、Prfbleche Werden Selbstklebeetiketten auf Blechen mit organischer Beschichtung angewendet, so ist die Prfung auf besonders hergestellten Prfblechen durchzufhren. Hierzu werden Bleche aus QS 1010 ZL bzw. BS 1449: Part 1: 1972: CR 2/1 FF oder CS 2/1 FF mit (0,6 bis 1,2) mm Dicke verwendet. Die Abmessu

32、ngen der einzelnen Prfbleche richtet sich nach der Gre der zu prfenden Selbstklebeetiketten. Die Prfbleche werden vor Durchfhrung der Prfung mit dem zu prfenden berzug beschichtet, entsprechend den Anforderungen der Materialspezifikationen fr die vorgeschriebenen organischen Beschichtungen (siehe GM

33、E S 0001) und 48 h bei +23 C 5 K gelagert. 5.3 Andere Grundwerkstoffe als in Pos. 5.2 sind in geeigneten Abmessungen entsprechend der jeweiligen Anwendung zu verwenden. 35、hin the specified tolerances. 5.6 Refrigerator or cold box capable of maintaining -30 C to within 3 K. 5.7 Containers of sufficient capacity to hold test assemblies and test medium. 5.8 Clean cotton cloth. 6 Test Media 6.1 Test media as required by the appropriate test methods. 6.2 Car wash detergen

36、ts as approved by Opel and Vauxhall Motors. 6.3 Screen wash fluid as approved by Opel (B 040 0696) and Vauxhall Motors. 6.4 Engine oil to Opel B 040 0900 optionally API-SG/SH optionally CCMC-G4/G5. 6.5 Synthetic perspiration solution to GME L 0002. 6.6 Heavy duty brake fluid to GME L 5104. 6.7 Petro

39、rhalb 3 K konstant zu halten. 5.7 Geeignete Gefe zur Aufnahme der Prfflssigkeiten und Prflinge. 5.8 Baumwolltuch. 6 Prfmittel 6.1 Prfmittel entsprechend den jeweiligen Prfverfahren. 6.2 Von Opel und Vauxhall Motors zugelassenes Autoshampoo. 6.3 Windschutzscheiben-Reinigungsflssigkeit wie von Opel (B

40、 040 0696) und Vauxhall Motors zugelassen. 6.4 Motorenl nach Opel B 040 0900 wahlweise API-SG/SH wahlweise CCMC-G4/G5. 6.5 Synthetische Schweilsung nach GME L 0002. 6.6 Hochleistungs-Bremsflssigkeit nach GME L 5104. 6.7 Waschbenzin 100/140 oder gleichwertig. 42、 petroleum ether and allowed to dry. The labels (or section therefrom) shall be applied to the cleaned test panel using firm finger pressure to securely compact. The test assembly thus prepared shall be allowed to condition at +23 C 5 K for at least 24 hours before further testing. 8 Requirements Un

43、less otherwise indicated the following requirements are equally applicable to both types of labels. 8.1 General Requirements 8.1.1 Materials The materials used for manufacture of the labels shall be suitable for the purpose intended and such that the completed labels comply with all requirements of

44、this specification. If for any reasons a particular material, or group of materials, is required this shall be indicated on the relevant engineering drawings but such indication shall not invalidate any requirements of this specification. 8.1.2 Design and Size The size, tolerances, lettering and oth

45、er details of the design shall be as specified on the relevant engineering drawings. 8.1.3 Colour and Gloss Colour, degree of gloss, general appearance shall be as specified on the relevant engineering drawing and/or in accordance with samples approved by Engineering Department. Labels shall have un

46、iform colour and gloss. Additional overlaid colours must be compatible with the background, and if nesessary completely hide the background. 8.1.4 Quality Labels shall be processed in accordance with best commercial practice. All lines, numerals and letters of the finished labels shall be sharp, cle

47、ar, and in visual register. The base material shall be free from blisters, cracks, foreign matter or any other defects. 8.1.5 Backing Release The backing of the labels shall be easily released in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. 8.1.6 Application No evidence of ply separation, blister

48、ing, wrinkling, or other defects shall be shown. The base material shall be clearly (e. g. free of wetness, grease, wax etc.). 49、eite 9 von 15 6.8 Leitungswasser. 7 Herstellen der Prflinge Unmittelbar vor dem Aufbringen der Selbstklebeetiketten wird der beschichtete Grundwerkstoff mit Waschbenzin gereinigt und getrocknet. Die Selbstklebeetiketten (oder Abschnitte davon) werden auf den gereinigten Untergrund gelegt und von Hand leicht angedrckt, so da eine gute Verklebung gewhrleistet wird. Der so erhaltene Prfling (Probekrper plus Untergrund) wird mindestens 24 h bei +23 C 5
