EachtestpieceshallconsistofonemildsteelplateconformingtoS275ofEN10025.Thedimensionsofthetest piecesshallbeasfollows: 10mm 100mm 500mmENISO176524:2003(E) 6 Thetestpiecesshallbe

27、abrasivelyblasteduntilSa2(ISO85011:1988)inordertoremovethemillscale.The componentsshallhavesmooth,flat,undamagedsurfacesandanyburrsshallberemovedtoensureagoodfitup. Thesixtestpieceswithshopprimershallbecoatedonthetopsidewithshopprimerpriortotesting.Thethickness oftheshopprimershallbeinaccordancewith

WhennoagreedprocedureisspecifiedEN10238shallapply.Thethicknessoftheshopprimershallbeuniform andinaccordancewiththesuppliersrecommendation.Unlessotherwisespecified,thespecimenscanbewelded afteradryingperiodofatleast10daysatasurfacetemperatureabove10Cbutbelow40Candatami
